Il miglior soggiorno in Malesia
Pros:

Ho trovato per caso questo hotel poiché quello precedente non mi ha soddisfatta totalmente e ho deciso di cambiare.
Penso sia il miglior posto dove ho soggiornato in Malesia.
La stanza moderna e pulitissima, così come l'intero hotel aveva sempre un buon profumo di fresco. La stanza, inoltre, aveva gli accessori necessari (phon, prodotti per il bagno, bollitore con caffè e the) per un soggiorno veramente piacevole e completo.
Niente a che vedere o da invidiare ai famosi rooftop che propongono un finto lusso e che di bello hanno soltanto la vista con piscina.
Personale sorridente e super efficiente.
Anche la posizione dell'hotel e la zona in cui si trova mi è piaciuta tantissimo, da lì puoi raggiungere qualsiasi posto della città.
Affianco una lavanderia a gettoni (sempre utile, ristoranti, supermercati, grandi centri commerciali e mezzi di trasporto.
Mi sono trovata benissimo e se dovessi tornare a Kuala, sicuramente soggiornerei nuovamente qui!

the staff mr. roland(i may remembered his name wrongly, pardon me) gave me a Free Upgrade upon hearing my knees weren't too well & sensitive to loud noise! with no doubt! Excellence to him & the hotel 1st class culture🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆 & its educating of staff!!!👍👍👍👍👍

only 1 room card was issued even i proposed to pay a deposit for a 2nd room card. tis is actually quite inconvenient for us as we might intend to leave the room & be back at different time... 😐

Pros:

La ubicacion, la habitación espaciosa, Personal super amable. Limpio. Me gusto. No hay desayuno , pero hay lugares cerca .Llegue 4.15am y me esperaron y dejaron entrar, habia pagado el dia anterior. Pero fue perfecto

El colchon no era tan comodo .

A pleasant stay

Excellent staff and service

Cons:

Bed is too large for the room + very little desk space and i was travelling with a carryon and not a full size case.

Conveniently there are 2 shopping malls within 3- 5 mins walking distance and the monorail.

Hotel was schoon en locatie goed. Personeel vriendelijk.

Cons:

De kamer was erg gehorig. S nachts wakker gelegen door de douchende bovenbuurman en mensen die over de gang liepen, sochtends wakker geschreeuwd door babies en andere hotelgasten. Ook vrij krappe kamer.

I will return. Best value hotel.
Pros:

Great value for money. Staff upgraded me to executive room because I waited for a long time for the room as I came very early for check in.

I requested for last min towels and pillows at night and got them immediately. Service is top notch. Flexible too as they extended my stay easily with online booking by my daughter. Provided free fridge storage and the lobby is comfortable, smells nice.

Must try the Iraq food restaurants Shako Mako next to the hotel😋😘

Opposite is lalaport. It's only 10-15 mins walk to city centre, bukit bintang.

Cons:

They might need to wash the lobby cushion covers?
