Offer value in good location
Pros:

Superb location, comfy bed, decent wifi, smooth check in/out experience. Easy transport access. Plenty of food choices around. Good value balance.

Pros:

In good location near metro, very good value for money and room just as expected as seen from pictures. Bathroom was nice.

Cons:

WiFi was quite poor in room would work for about an hour at time and then completely go off. Only other complaint is no window however I was aware of this when booking the room so can’t complain about this really!

The place is near and convenient to all. Water pressure is perfect. There is water dispenser near lift so no need to buy water.

Cons:

No toothbrush provided. No rubbish bin inside the toilet.

Pros:

We arrived early and they looked after our bags until we could check in at 3pm. They then gave us a free upgrade to the executive suite which was so lovely.

Cons:

Not a fault of the hotel, but the room next door was smoking and it permeated into our bathroom and sleeping area.
