The hotel is centrally located and there is a huge market nearby, the Gangaram hospital, metro station and many banks in the vicinity. Service was great with staff always on stand by and willing to help. Buffet breakfast was a mix of Indian and Western style and had wada, sambar, eggs, toast, coffee, and tea. They were nice enough to extend the timing (past 10 am) slightly as a lot of people arrived late to the buffet on Sunday. Other food ordered a-la-carte was also delicious with huge servings and good value for money. The hotel premise is kept clean and well maintained and is under cc camera surveillance, giving a sense of security.
The ceiling above the dining area looked ripped off and exposed an area that looks like it has a bit of mold. This may be a health hazard. The twin bed room was not as good as the double as one wall had seepage giving the room an off smell.
AC is not working. Need hygiene and clean in room and washroom
I slept fully clothed as I was afraid to change or go barefoot anywhere. The pillows had mold spots on them. Rusty bathroom. Huge cracks in ceilings and walls. Do not recommend unless you’re desperate for a place to stay. Staff was nice.

Descent hotel with small cozy rooms. Cleanliness is observed. Breakfast options were ok in taste. Staff at breakfast could have been more attentive of first day. Rest all was satisfactory.
