I would like to suggest to the owner of the hotel to renovate the hotel.
Pros:

The staff are friendly.

Cons:

I didn't like that there was no air conditioning; the room was too cold, even though a fan heater was provided. Secondly, I saw the book in the room about the ghost by the name of Charlotte; the receptionist didn't tell us. If I had known, I would not have slept at the hotel, even though I didn't experience the bad spirit. I feel that guests are on vacation to rest, not to experience bad spirits. I hope one day Charlotte's family will come to the hotel and take her spirit to rest, not to bother the guests.

Fraudulent and dishonest establishment
