Kuta Ardenia Residence

The property was in a great location, next to conveniences store and the ATM, the cleanliness was not as impressive as what I was expected as there are some stans on a specific area. Rather then that everything else was great, the staffs are really friendly and helpful.

It was not what was expected from the photos and lacked many things.

Staff was great, but the villa was in desperate need of a through cleaning, painting and upkeep. They are doing the bare minimum to get by.

Good service and good staff, close to everything, we njoyed our stay

Nothing around hotel, tried ringing reception, security and restaurant to get assistance and no one answering, had to walk down to reception to get towels.

I jave a family of five so finding 1 place we can all stay together is a challenge. This place had 2 king beds and 2 doubles, i think a few of the couches pull out too. Its 3 levels with full kitchen and dining area, living room and more on the first level. second level had 3 bedrooms each with full bathroom and a bonus area. The third floor had a couch and 2 balconies. There is a private garage at each appartment. Staff was helpful and spoke good english. The restaurant had good food also. We stayed at many places on our trip to Bali as we like to see everything we can. This was by far the nicest accommodations we had.

The villa was very disappointing was nothing like the photos at all there wore planks of wood around the pool that wore lifting up and very unstable where my 2 year old niece keeped falling over.

The breakfast menu was very average and not very much to choose from waited like an hour for food to be sent to Are room and wasn’t the best

Nice facilities. Simple rooms with small pool. Restaurant and breakfast was of low standard. Some maintenance required in rooms especially around pool.

The front desk people weren't nice at all. The hotel is for 9 people, according to hotels.com, but she said only for 6 and I have to pay extra for 9 people.

there is kitchen but no kitchen equipment.
the ac in one of there bed room is broken.
there is no hot water in shower / bathroom in this villa/house unit.

Worth for stay if you wanted to stay in a villa. But if you are more interested in shopping don't recommend to stay here. As the location is not good. Overall everything is fine.

The villa's great for families (3 bedrooms & pool). However, the distance to Kuta beach is rather far. We had a driver and it seems it takes about 10mins to drive from the Discovery Mall to the residence. I am guessing that on foot it would be a distance. The breakfast was OK and there is a convenience shop just outside the residence.

Awful stay ever in Bali. Not recommended for a leisure trip. Very low maintenance apartment : rain enters, no coffee refills, one of the air-conditioner buzzes at night and no one follows up. We will never come back again.

Visited with family , the bungalows are huge but its almost a 15 minutes walk to the beach !! The pools are small but the staff is very friendly and very helpful.

Friendly staff, yummy free breakfast, location superb -> near to kuta area.

We were only there for 1 night so was fine, but smelt a bit. Couldn't really walk to anything.
