Ivory Phi Phi Island

The only good thing about this hotel was the location. Everything else was disappointing.

From the moment we arrived, the receptionist kept talking about fines for every little thing — if you lose this, if you damage that, if towels get stained, and so on. It felt very uncomfortable and unfriendly instead of welcoming.

When we entered the room, the pillow covers and bed sheets were dirty. I even showed photos to the receptionist, but she kept making excuses and saying it was “from the factory” or “just powder.” The bathroom was also in very poor condition, and the room did not even provide basic things properly.

During checkout, they carefully inspected the towels looking for stains in a very rude way, even though they had already given us dirty bedding when we checked in. On top of that, they kept pushing us to buy tours and Phuket tickets from them, and after we bought cheaper tickets elsewhere, their attitude became worse.

Very poor hospitality overall. I would not recommend staying here.

The lady at the reception, June, is friendly and tries to do everything she can to make your stay as pleasant as possible with great tips. Phi Phi Don is beautiful in general, and this hotel is located right in the center, yet you don’t hear any noise from it.

Hemos estado de lujo en este hostal. Junee es la casera del hostal y es un encanto. Te da consejos sobre sitios a visitar, restaurantes entre otras cosas. Es muy sencillito pero con lo necesario. Tiene muy buena limpieza. Está en perfecta ubicación!!

Ausserordentlich saubere Unterkunft mitten in der City (der Lärm gehört dazu), mit einer sehr herzlichen Frau am Empfang. Großartig für Solo Traveler oder Pärchen, die mitten im Geschehen sein wollen. Der Strand ist um die Ecke und es gibt Beach Towels an der Rezeption. Vielen Dank June!

Mein Zimmer war zwar klein, und es gab keine Möglichkeit, nasse Sachen aufzuhängen. Vielleicht gibt es ja andere Zimmerkategorien.
Die Lage ist super: sehr zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig.
Ein großes Dankeschön an June, die Rezeptionsdame. Sie war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. An meinem Abreisetag hat sie mich sogar zum Pier gebracht und meinen Check-in erledigt, sodass ich mich nicht in die Schlange stellen musste. Danke 😊
Diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen.

L’emplacement au cœur de la ville tout en étant au calme hôtel bien isolé

The staff was very friendly especially Juney in reception! Clean and close to boat docks so not far walk.

Perfect location, next to everything. The lady from reception helps us booking trip to Maya Bay and tickets for speedboat back to Phuket on very good prices. She was very kind and sweet. Thank you!

Such a great place, so close to everything and very clean and comfortable. Extremely grateful for June, who works at the reception and is the highlight of the hotel! She welcomed me very warmly and helped me book a day tour around Maya Bay & the 7 islands, as well as a transfer to the airport, which worked out much cheaper! She greeted me with a smile every time she saw me and even took me to the ferry check in to make sure I got on safely. Could not have been in better hands. Her English is also excellent and she is a great communicator. Would be looking forward to seeing her again!

Close to pier yet very quiet at night. The location was very convenient. You don't have to drag your belongings far. The lady in management was very helpful, welcoming and had good recommendations for sightseeing (with easy direction). She also offered us boat trip cheaper than online but we had already prebooked. The property is so clean and quiet which was a priority for us. Beach towels are also provided for free, we didn't take since we bought ours. Overall, a nice and comfortable stay and good value for money

Sicherheit war groß geschrieben, überall Kameras. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereites Personal. June (vom empfang) gab uns auch Tipps für die Insel, war sehr freundlich und konnte uns auch zu Ausflügen ein paar Tipps und Ansprechpartner vermitteln.

Juni was a fabulous receptionist! Super lovely and tried extra hard even speaking a bit of German! Great location and the cleaners also work super hard to make sure the room is in best condition

Property was extremely well ran! Juni, the lady who worked at reception was extremely accommodating and helpful. The rooms were cleaned beautifully daily. Amazing location right in the heart of Phi Phi, close to many restaurants. Extremely comfortable and safe property.
