Wunderbare Strandlage mit herrlicher Aussicht über den Strand. Friedlicher Ort mit Apshima der kleinen Insel mit dem Sch

Die aussergewöhnliche Lage mit Blick über den Strand und den Fluss. Das grosse Zimmer und der freundliche Service an der Rezeption.
Gutes Frühstück mit verschiedensten, auch westlichem Angebot.

Cons:

Wir assen nur einmal am Abend vom grossen Buffet. Die Atmosphäre im riesigen Raum ist unterkühlt und unpersöndlich.

Overall, the hotel was clean & stay was comfortable.
The staff were polite & the location was convenient.

Cons:

However, we checked in late & found that the tatami futon has not been prepared yet. When we asked for assistance, we were informed that the housekeeping had been finished for the day.
We understand that late check-in can make operations more difficult , but we had hoped the futon could have been prepared in advance before our arrival.
After a long day of travel, it would have been appreciated to have the room fully ready

早く知っていたらホテル変更できたのに
配慮の無さが際立つ
大雨の中のチェックイン
ホテルの敷地内に泊めたかったから連絡したら、当たり前のように50メートルぐらい離れた遠くの駐車場を案内される
こちらから敷地内はダメですかと聞くと空いていればどこでも良いですとの返事
最初からそういえば良いのに
どういうこと?
適当過ぎない！
全体的には良かったけどお客様ファーストは無い

Pros:

混雑している中でもスタッフの対応が好ましく、ホテルからビーチサイドで行け景色も素晴らしい。

Cons:

レストランでの朝夕食でバイキングの食事が一つブースしかなく混雑してなかなかとることができなかった。
和食、洋食、デザートのブースを分けていただくと混雑緩和されるのではないでしょうか。
