Pros:

Our stay at Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Istanbul Tuzla ended up becoming a very lovely anniversary memory, mainly because of the people behind the service.

Having previously worked within the Radisson system myself, I am quite familiar with the Yes I Can service philosophy, so I naturally notice when it is truly practiced by a team.

We arrived quite late in the evening and had mentioned in advance that we were celebrating our anniversary. At check in we were initially given a room on the second floor even though we had paid for an upgrade. When we asked if a higher floor might be possible, the team kindly reassigned us to the fifth floor.

Once in the room, a few details suggested the final inspection might have been rushed. The minibar was empty and the terrace unfortunately overlooked the highway, with a large cover structure blocking part of the view, which made the terrace feel less enjoyable than we had hoped for an anniversary stay.

The next morning I shared this feedback with the team and this is where the stay truly changed.

Mehmet, the reception supervisor, personally followed up with us to check whether the concerns we raised had been handled. What stood out was not just that he listened, but the way he took ownership of the situation. Even though we initially said we did not want to change rooms since we were only staying a short time, his communication, attentiveness and genuine desire to improve our experience made it almost impossible to say no. He convinced us to move to a beautiful one bedroom suite and made sure everything was perfectly arranged. It was a great example of proactive hospitality and exactly the kind of service Radisson is known for.

Beyond that, we truly enjoyed many parts of the hotel. The spa facilities were wonderful. We spent time in the jacuzzi and the pool and had an absolute blast relaxing there. It was exactly what we needed after the long journey.

Целенаправленно искала и бронировала номер с двумя кроватями-была одна большаяДля некурящих-номер. достался прокуренный с запахом старых сигарет.Халатов, зубных принадлежностей не было..Чайный уголок странный-оч.грязный чайник внутри,кофеварки нет,только растворимые пакетики кофе.Это мелочи,конечно,но для отеля такого уровня странно
Такси до отеля из аэропорта и обратно обошлось в 1150 лир,хотя отель рядом с аэропортом.Для "комфортно переночевать между перелётами" -так себе вариант.Может быть это больше вариант для более длительного отдыха,чтобы успеть посетить спа ,бассейны и т.д

Pros:

The size of the room, room service food was to a high standard, Sauna in the room.

Cons:

Spa facilities not up to standard, sauna & steam room did not work properly, a loud noise like a high pitched alarm coming from the shower that was next to Sauna, even though no-one was using it.
Carpets worn down, could be doing with an upgrade

Some of the facilities within the room was not working, had to be moved room.
