Нам сделали апгрейд номера и дали номер с собственной сауной. Мы были всего 1 ночь перед вылетом, поэтому не воспользовались ею, но сам номер большой, с отдельной гостиной и огромным балконом. Вылет был ранний, поэтому завтрак не брали, не могу его оценить к сожалению

Cons:

На ресепшен просят оставить залог 50 евро, можно наличными. Вот только ваучер выписывать не спешат, выписали только после моей просьбы, а утром при выезде без этого ваучера никто не отдаст залог, естественно. Во избежание всяких казусов, мною был сфотографирован мини-бар со всем его содержимым и при заезде и при выезде.

A Casa Grill és a Spa menti meg a helyet a teljes csalódástól.
Pros:

Az ágy kényelmes volt és a szoba tágas, tiszta. A Casa Grill étterem nagyon hangulatos, a személyzet kedves és segítőkész, az étel kiváló! A Spa részleg nagy, jól felszerelt és szép. Van külön női részleg is szaunával, gőzkabinnal és relax szobával, valamint két belső úszómedence és számos egyéb medence. Taxi gyorsan érkezik, a SAW reptér 10 perc alatt elérhető!

Cons:

A reggeli meglepően rossz volt. Azért egy öt csillagos szállodában nem ezt vártam. Voltam már más Radisson Blue szállodákban és Isztambulban is másik 5 csillagos szállodában, és ezek után az itteni reggeli minden elvárásomat alulmúlta. Kicsi volt a választék, a tojásrántotta gusztustalan volt és még tojáshéj is volt benne. A szoba egyes elemei részben vagy teljesen tönkrementek, pl. lötyögő akasztók és polcok a fürdőben. A víznyomás alacsony volt és a zuhanyt nem lehetett esőztetőre állítani. A hajszárító olyan gyenge volt, hogy a hajat egyáltalán nem szárította. Kevés ásványvizet (1 liter) készítettek be és kérésre sem kaptam többet, pedig megígérték a recepción, hogy felküldenek a szobába. Sosem jött meg. A légkondicionáló nem működött, az erkély galambszaros volt, a forgalmas út zaja pedig annyira behallatszott, minta nyitva lett volna az erkélyajtó. A szobában a második napra elment az áram, amit nem tudtak megjavítani, ezért másik szobába kellett költözni. Senki nem kért elnézést a kellemetlenségért (pont annyi idő ment el ezzel, amit a kinti úszómedencében tölthettem volna zárás előtt). Ebben is hasonló volt a helyzet, de a víznyomás jobb volt. A folyosókon a padlószőnyeg foltos. A személyzet egy része egyáltalán nem beszél angolul.

Несколько бассейнов, все довольно чистые и большие

Cons:

То, что зависит от персонала:
1) Номер – с третьего раза и только со скандалом дали pool view, который я бронировал и оплачивал, при этом балкон и крыша за ним все в застарелом птичьем помете
2) Ресторан / рум сервис - еды мало, нечего выбрать, даже когда хочется есть. При этом на ресепшене табличка, что со своей едой в отель нельзя)
3) SPA-зона - хаммам не работает, мало душевых, массаж не качественный и при этом довольно дорогой
4) Персонал в основном не гостеприимный и не говорящий по-английски

То, что не зависит от персонала:
1) Локация - вокруг отеля в радиусе 15 минут пешком нет ничего, от центральных районов, торговых центров и чего угодно очень далеко находится, не меньше 30 минут на такси до цивилизации
2) В номерах в санузел нет двери, в душевую и туалет формальная стеклянная, это на любителя

Die Nähe zum Flughafen. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Grüne Umgebung, trotz Flughafen und viel befahrener Straße.

Cons:

Das Badkonzept. Sehr dunkel gehalten. Kosmetikspiegel für etwas kleinere Menschen schwierig.
Badezimmertür kann man nicht anschließen und man kann die Menschen sehen. Nicht wirklich meins.
Trotz der ruhigen Lage leider fussläufig keine guten Restaurants. Man muss ein Taxi nehmen, um etwas zu unternehmen. Ist aber günstig.
