The hotel itself is clean and spacious, and the breakfasts were good.
The staff and service were very disappointing. The personnel were not friendly at all, and everything took a very long time.
We asked for 3 wine glasses to be brought to our room — we waited 30 minutes, and only 2 glasses were delivered. We asked for one more glass, but it seems the staff forgot — we waited another 30 minutes and had to call reception multiple times.
There were also two power outages during our stay.
At check-out, we asked for a scale. We were told there was one in the room, but when we returned, there was none. We requested one again, but after waiting another 30 minutes with no result, we went downstairs, said we no longer needed it, and expressed our dissatisfaction with the service. Only then did they bring a scale to the reception — and it was not working.
The worst part is that I was charged twice for my stay. I have already contacted the hotel and am currently waiting for their response.
