Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Pros:

15min walk if that to tourist street in Langkawi

Cons:

I understand the tradition but the 6am prayer music was not expected. I feel this should be told and travellers warned of this before arrival to this accomodation

Séjour relaxant et dépaysant
Pros:

L’espace des chambres avec l’accès direct à la piscine. Une piscine quasi que pour nous. Le petit déjeuner était bon, choix entre salé et un peu de sucré. Mais largement suffisant pour nous. Le personnel était gentil.

Cons:

Le ménage un peu léger.

Unsafe bathroom floor & poor management response overshadowed what could have been a pleasant stay.
Cons:

The bathroom floor tiles were extremely slippery and created a genuine safety hazard both when dry and when wet. I slipped and only avoided falling by grabbing the shower fixture to break my fall. This could easily have resulted in a serious injury.

I reported this to reception and asked for the incident to be recorded in the accident register. On two separate days, different reception staff did not understand what an incident register was. No record was made.

The manager was unavailable. No staff member present was willing or authorised to make a decision. The issue only received attention after we indicated we might vacate early.

As a temporary safety measure, we had to place towels on the bathroom floor ourselves to reduce the risk.

This was very disappointing. Safety concerns should receive immediate attention. Staff should understand basic incident reporting procedures. A duty manager should always be available to make decisions.

I hope the property reviews its safety procedures before a guest suffers a serious injury.

Do not stay if you are a light sleeper
Pros:

Nice pool but only 3 sun loungers but thankfully wasnt busy. Rooms were cleaned every day

Cons:

EXTREMELY loud mosque next door that wakes you up at 6am. AC is terrible in the room
