L’emplacement, le personnel qui se met en 4 pour t’assurer le meilleur séjour possible. Lily m’a aidé pour tous mes déplacement de l’aéroport à l’hôtel et de l’hôtel vers le bus avec un grans sourire et beaucoup d’enthousiasme. Merci. Aussi l’insonorisation sur la rue est excellente ! Double vitrage x2.

Cons:

Equipement légèrement vétustes, fils qui pendent. Mais ça presque partie du charme.

Pros:

旧市街の中心地に位置し周辺の観光地は全て徒歩で完結でき便利です。また、スタッフの方が非常に丁寧に対応してください気持ちが良かったです。

Cons:

全体的に設備が古い。壁が薄く夜中でも廊下や隣部屋の音が聞こえしばらく寝付けなかった。また、シャワーはお湯が出なかった点も残念でした。寝るだけと割り切れるならオススメです。

Decent centrally located hotel
Pros:

It is a decent hotel, centrally located and providing all basic amenities. Good value for money.

Cons:

The interior looked a bit old and there were signs of tear and wear. Staff were kind but their English was not very good. Room was facing the street and was quite noisy but that is common in Hanoi.

Pros:

Khách sạn gần hồ hoàn kiếm, đi bộ một chút là đến nơi. Nhân viên khách sạn nhiệt tình, bạn Lily rất thân thiện. Mình chọn phòng gia đình 30m2 ở trên cùng nên rất thoáng. Phòng đơn đôi phòng sẽ không có của sổ sẽ bí.

Cons:

Vòi nước ở bồn rửa tay trong nhà tắm bị lệch, lúc rửa tay nước sẽ văng ra ngoài gây ướt sàn hơi bất tiện. Tắm buổi tối thường hay hết nước nóng.

Not worth it
Pros:

Although the staff was friendly when we said we didn't want to stay with them after seeing the room and it's close to Old Town, it's simply not worth it. The bad outweighed the good by lenghts.

Bugs on the bed, limescale in the shower, windows facing into the hallway where people walk, tiny bed, tiny room, tv looked like it was gonna fall if you even looked at it funny, holes in the ceiling, windows into the hallway were covered with curtains that were visibly stained, entry hall litereally had a letter missing from the hotel name, ...
