The location was good , staff was very welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

My room AC wasn't working properly, asked to fix that. Instead I got a fan 😀 it was on my last night, so wasn't a way of shifting room

Hotel al centre de Old Quarter. Ens ha ajudat la Lily, molt amable i servicial. Habitació i lavabo correcte. Des de la nostre habitació no se sentia el soroll del carrer.

موظفة الإستقبال Mai بصراحه يعجز اللسان عن شكره فتاه شغوفه وتساعدك بكل ما تستطيع، ساعدتني في حجوزات الأماكن السياحيه ولكن الشركه Wati كانت لا تكترث لأمور الشخص الذي يحجز معهم للأسف ذهبت مرتين المره الأولى ل نينه بينه وتركني بعيد عن الفندق 8 دقائق مشي، والمره الأخرى خليج هالونج ولكن شخص يتكلم كثيراً ولا يعمل بالكلام كثيرآ تنزل في موقع ولا يتابعك شخصياً الا في حالة تأخرك عن الباص،،

Chỗ ở gần mọi điểm tham quan. Tuy nhiên phòng ốc ko được sạch sẽ cho lắm, vòi sen còn nhiều cặn bẩn, TV ko dùng được, ánh sáng tạm. Trần nhà thì bẩn do mốc. Nhân viên thì nhiệt tình nên có điểm cộng.
