Excellent hotel

​Atmosphere & Grounds: Beautiful historic charm surrounded by lush olive groves and stunning Tramuntana mountain views.

​Service & Staff: Exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and helpful throughout the property.

​Amenities: Great pool area, excellent spa facilities, and delicious food offerings.

​Location: Ideally situated just a short, easy walk from the port, beach, and local restaurants.

​The One Downside

​Sun Lounger Rules: Despite the hotel having clear rules against reserving sunbeds with towels, the policy isn't enforced. Guests regularly save prime spots early in the morning and leave them unattended for hours, making it frustrating to find a lounger later in the day.

​Summary: Es Port Hotel is a great independent family owned hotel and is a retreat that gets almost everything else right.

Spacious hotel with lots of private places to hideaway
Pros:

Lovely large gardens and well positioned hotel. The reception staff were incredibly helpful, kind and efficient - they really went above and beyond to help us out with a few things. Our room was clean and spacious with a small balcony overlooking the garden. Because of the heatwave the large pool was warm and occasionally kids with balls took it over. However the large (for a spa) pool was very cool and the garden in front of it was a lovely, quiet place to relax with large umbrellas. Spa was great with some enjoyable hydrotherapy features. Breakfast had a good variety and make your own orange juice was fun.

Disappointing for the price.
Pros:

The building itself is beautiful and the garden too. The spanish service staff were excellent and polite. The bar in the garden is beautiful. The massage at the spa was excellent.

Cons:

The beds are ridiculously uncomfy - my husband and i left with bad backs and necks. The walls and doors are so thin you can hear a conversation 3 rooms down - the rooms are so loud. Some of the staff are extremely unfriendly. My son smashed his face at the pool, requiring 4 stitches at hospital, the lifeguard didn’t even notice as he spends the whole time on his phone. Following that, not a single member of staff at the hotel came to check on my son - which i find appalling. He is 7 and got a serious injury at the pool.

De locatie & het domein is prachtig

Airco werkt niet naar behoren.
Op de gang is het koeler dan in de kamer tot 3x toe gaan melden vrijwel niks aan gedaan.
Tv ter grote van een laptop met enkel satelliet verbinding in 2026?
Douche loopte over dit tot 2x gaan melden de 2de maal is dit pas opgelost.

Location was stunning, felt very secluded and tucked away from the main port. Gorgeous, rustic feel and ambience.

Exceptional, I would recommend anyone to stay here, will definitely be returning.
Pros:

The location is amazing, short walk onto the main restaurant/port area/supermarket, beds super comfortable, immaculately clean, lovely breakfast, every meal we ate from the evening buffet menu was absolutely beautiful and reasonably priced, secure bike storage, they let us put the Tour de France on the big screen in reception every evening, they also prepared some breakfast bits for us on the days we were cycling so that we could leave really early, pool area was immaculate, we also really enjoyed that they tried to police people reserving bed and not turning up for hours, they also let us use the spa facilities on the day of departure which was really helpful…basically they went above and beyond to try and help you out and do everything they can to make sure you had a good stay.

Cons:

My only complaint would be the lack of gym facilities, if they had a proper gym with weights this place would be unbeatable.

Very nice classy resort. Excellent location with very good facilities.
Pros:

Location is excellent and free car parking is huge plus.

Cons:

WIFI could sometimes be a bit slow.
Pool bar is expensive. - use the shop next door!!
Pool bar club sandwich is really basic and poorly presented for the price. Especially when compared to what is provided in the local restaurants
Would like to see inflatables banned from the pool.
