It is absolutely beautiful, in a perfect location.

Just how beautiful and tranquil it was.
Unfortunately, as the building was old, but beautiful, the sound insulation was poor with echoing in the corridors when people closed and opened the original wooden doors. I had to revert to earplugs, unfortunately, to get a proper sleep.
Service was amazing by the hotel staff, amenities were great on site and it's very close to the beach. You don't need to leave the proximity of the hotel if you didn't want to.
Nothing to do with the hotel but taxi prices are expensive to get around.
The location was fantastic, right by the beach and port de Soller. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the shower facilities were great. The pool was amazing, and the spa facilities were lovely. The on site restaurant, La Figuera was superb - a real highlight.
An iron could have been provided initially however the reception staff were able to provide one. Also the coffee at breakfast wasn’t very good.

The photos don’t do Es Port justice, it’s a beautiful botanical haven with great proximity to the port. The pool area was fantastic with a great pool bar for snacks and drinks, the spa was brilliant as was the outdoor gym.
Honestly nothing, the only addition we would suggest is potentially having a kids club.

I thought the room was basic but it had everything you needed. We don’t spend a lot of time in the room anyway.
Beautiful property right in the heart of Port of Sóller. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms beautifully decorated with all amenities.
Sound proofing wasn’t great, could hear everything happening in the hallway. Unfortunately you’ll need to get to the pool at the crack of dawn if you want a seat as reserving with a towel and not sitting there all day appears to be acceptable.
Very relaxed and comfortable hotel. Lovely staff. Chill out zones all over the place. Good location.
