Being able to park the car inside property gates, walk to town. Rooms were clean and modern with great lighting.

I am an avid traveler, and I have been travelling for 3 weeks hence I have tried many hotels, this one is one of the worst hotels with very rude staff. Upon checking in, the staff refused to speak in english, even though they spoke fluently, they presented us with a room with broken door and AC. After discussion over how we need the room door to lock, they moved us to another room with broken AC. They were very rude after we accidentally bumped into the lamp and were very disrespectful. They made us feel very unwelcomed and unsafe in regards to staying at the hotel. After requesting to speak with the hotel manager, we were told that the manager does not have time for us. The midnight staff were also unhelpful and not polite when we inquired about the broken AC. The room was full of fly and very hot . Upon checkout, there was no one at the desk but the cleaning lady

This is a very nice, small hotel. The appointments and rooms are wonderful. The staff was very friendly and efficient.

This is a small hotel and you quickly get to know the front desk and staff.

Lovely haven from which to explore Foligno and enjoy stunning locations slightly further afield like Spello snd Assisi.
Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Excellent lighting. Quiet in spite of being central and able to walk into town.
Excellent breakfast with lots of choice and staff always on hand and very friendly and helpful

Great location, beautiful rooms, friendly staff.

The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. The receptionist was very sweet. The location could not be better. The only problem was the ants and the lack of hooks in the bathroom.

Property is centrally located and very well maintained. Staff are exceptional. The beds need upgrading because mattresses are very uncomfortable.
