Wet smell

Very bad

So we booked last minute due to some protest in Punjab.
On hotels.com it is 4-star but it is 1-Star as
1. Hotel is undergoing renovation
2. the rooms were very dirty
3. Security guard was used as Guest and as a janitor at night
4. Hotel is inside a market - all nearby area is dirty/filthy
5. Lobby is small
6. Restaurant is outside and not in good condition, the entry door is rusted
7. Breakfast quality just ok (Sandwiches, Chana-Puri...

Plus points
1. the hotel is under renovation, maybe in future it might be better
2. Front desk has courteous staff

Needs
1. More Managers
2. More Cleaning Criteria enforces by Managers
3. Fix broken/hanging Doors and Windows

Horrible service. No towels were given, when we asked they were damp wet.
Very very unsanitary. Blankets were not washed. Never ever stay in this hotel.

The bedsheets and pillow covers were not washed. It appears they were pre used by some other guest before us.

Good location in Amritsar. Near the Golden Temple and other tourist sites. Good sized clean AC rooms. Staff were helpful. Good basic breakfast buffet. No other eating places near by but the hotel has an attached well priced restaurant.

there were small cockroaches running around the room. the walkway to the room was dimly lit. wont be returning back to this hotel.

Ivhave seen worst housekeeping service ever. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel is good. Service is amazing The staff took good care and made sure we are comfortable. Only one thing is it had ants but little which when we told them, they took care of it immediately.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Had a chance to talk with the owner; very friendly personality. Not too far from all attractions. Over all Good & recomendable.

I Phone was stolen from my Car manager on duty are very abusive and this was not 4 star property

Hotel was easy to find. Service was great. From Desk staff allowed us to check in early.. That was great. Sadly Breakfast was not too good..

The hotel is located in a busy town centre area of Amritsar which gives easy access to most areas. The room were designed well ( we took a suite) however needed more maintenance and upkeep. Our room was located next to the road side so could hear traffic starting early morning. The linens and towels could do with a better quality. We did not have food in the hotel as Amritsar has so many specialty options for food but the menu looked elaborate and with lot of options. The check in and Check out were smooth and staff were supportive and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for short city stay given the price is reasonable and location is good for travel and shopping. The good part it is it not in the most crowded area of town which allows easy parking and access.

Hotel Narita exceeded our expectations- very friendly staff, room clean and tidy. Very helpful. We had the hotel car for virtually the entire length of our stay - our driver Ravi made our trip enjoyable - he was very courteous, helpful and patient. Hot water worked well. Couple of things which would have made it a perfect 5 out of 5 was lack of room heating as it got cold in the nights and we did not get a receipt for the hotel expenses at the end of our stay. Also the restaurant food was pretty average. All said, it was excellent value for money and we would come back to this hotel again anytime.

The hotel was ok, however make sure you clarify the charges before hand. RAKESH was the only staff who showed a caring feeling. The rest seemed to be interested in getting paid only.

Pictures were deceiving. Hotel is definitely nothing more than a budget hotel. Not worth the price we paid. Mall next to hotel closed down. No proper entrance at the hotel, we had to stop the car in the middle of the road to unload our baggage. Rooms were not clean and the whole hotel was poorly managed. Had difficulty opening and closing the room door. Fridge and water heater were not working. Aircond temperature cannot be adjusted and the fan kept making a squeaky noise throughout the night.Internet was not working properly. Would not recommend the hotel as its overpriced for the quality offered.

Well overall stay was good except there service. For eg. When we checked in to the room towel was not available in the washroom and it took 6 hrs and 4 calls to the reception to get the towel . Tea and pakora is good but it will take another hour to bring the same to your room

Good hotel & good food. Hotel staff very helpful. Location of hotel is good.

I did not check in the minute I saw the property!
It is NOT a 4 star hotel as shown on your website!
Very disappointing
