Pros:

I have an electricity for the boat ers

Cons:

spiders all over the shower no minutes on duty had to go get disinfectant spray and insects spray and spray for them only for the manager to call me a liar after sending him pictures

The breakfast did not have any healthy options - yogurt fresh fruit etc.

Cons:

Our room was entered by the housekeeping staff at like 6pm, after we told them we did not need anything and had the sign n the door. Very creepy.

GREAT LAST MINUTE BOOKED STAY!!
Pros:

I booked this for a co worker who had ball tournaments all week.. They won in double innings and it was late and last minute so this worked out great

It was ok.
Pros:

The room was quite comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast was disappointing. The eggs were gone when first got there. The rates were high due to competition. I would normally only pay $100 for this hotel. There were new finishes, but screamed old Holiday Inn.

The pool and rec area was great. Wonderful for children. Our rooms were very clean. The women and man cleaning did an excellent job and were very happy and nice. My granddaughter wanted a picture of the employee!

Cons:

Breakfast was good. Cleanliness of utensils and plates not good. Forks and knives, many were dirty. I skipped two plates before one was clean. The man runnig it was rude to adults and kids alike. Coffee was not available in the lobby or at the breakfast area before breakfast. The coffee was cold the evening we arrived. It would not be a problem if they would have offered to prepare some. When asked said they would but we waited over an hour before breakfast for some. Went to bed without any. Then after breakfast there was none at the desk. Again waited over an hour and left without a cup.

Cons:

Air conditioning barely worked and it was like 90° outside, the room was disgusting, the front desk lady was on her personal phone while checking us in, there was a bug in the sheets, the room looked like it wasn't even cleaned. We paid $500 for 3 nights and we're very very disappointed they wouldn't even let us have an hr later checkout. Breakfast wasn't that good either. I'm quite disappointed, this hotel used to be great.

Fantasic hotel. Looking forward to coming back up and staying here. I would definitel recommend this
Pros:

I liked the hard wood floors. The facility was very pet friendly. The adult only time for the pool area was nice too. The breakfast was decent. The issue was beyond the hotels control, that they had no juice. The picnic table in the back is a very nice touch.

Cons:

There really wasn't anything we didn't like. We spent so much time at the beach we were exhusted when we got back to the room.
