Waiting an extra 4 hours for check-in. Being lied to. The pro[perty is not a pet friendly one. Being treated like shit by staff at the front desk. They don't c are. Hot tub dirty. Room has ant infestation.
Affordable and pool
They are not pet friendly. I rented a pet friendly room and refused to allow our cat based solely on the fact they were a cat. It doesn't say that cats are not allowed on booking or even within their own pet policy.
Nothing
Floor was sticky. Some kind of stain was on the bed spread. There weren't any toiletries but for the small one shower tubes of liquid soap. The remote didn't work at all. The curtains in the room were soiled with dog urine we guess and the ventilation in the room was so poor that after one shower the entire flooring in the room was slippery.
The staff was very friendly and helpful with all our needs.
The first room was not clean but the staff was quick to locate a new room and was very apologetic.
I don't remember in your add that you had a pool. Very nice addition to your place.

Card keys were always having to re programmed and we had to move rooms cause the toilet was broken
Just about everything went right with a single exception and that was breakfast.
Better options for breakfest as well as a way to take it back to your room.
The price is reasonable.
The thermostats for the rooms have few settings, so you are hot or cold. The room wasn't very clean. I did not have a pet friendly room but found dog food all around the floor. Some of the staff are very slow at the desk. Creating wait lines.
