Hannah and Leire provided outstanding customer service during breakfast at the Marco Polo Hotel. From the moment we arrived, they were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly. They made sure everything was well taken care of and always checked in with a warm smile.

Their professionalism and positive attitude really stood out, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere to start the day. Even when it was busy, they remained efficient and courteous, ensuring every guest felt valued.

The rest of the breakfast staff also deserve special recognition. The entire team worked seamlessly together, maintaining excellent service and a welcoming environment throughout. It’s clear that everyone takes pride in delivering a great guest experience.

It’s rare to come across such consistently excellent service. Hannah, Leire, and the whole team truly made a difference in our stay. Highly appreciated and highly recommended!

Phenomenal hotel, service is fast, on time, and very detailed. From the cafe pronto in the morning, the mid day lounge food, and the evening meals. Teody, is wonderful at what he does. He is fast, attentive, and knowledgeable in his field!

We're here for an extended work trip. My room is beautiful and comfortable, and room service is always so friendly and prompt. I dine virtually every night at the Cucina hotel restaurant, and I have yet to be disappointed. The food is consistently excellent; I can't wait to try everything on the menu at least once! Mark has been a wonderful host and made us feel very welcome and appreciated at each meal. I am overall extremely pleased with my stay, and I look forward to discovering everything the Marco Polo has to offer!

The place is really nice. Arriving at the hotel, the Bell Desk is available right away to help you with luggage. They are really nice. Check in was a breeze. Had to book a room right there and then and it was quick. I forgot who helped me with my luggage. I wished I remember his name but he was really nice too.
The room is lovely. Nice amenities. Breakfast was also nice. Good choices was good. Teody at the Continental Breakfast is attentive and would asked if we need something.
I like this place overall. Would definitely stay here again and hopefully longer. The team they have from the moment you arrive to when you leave were all nice.

As soon as I walked in, the service desk lady was very welcoming and amazing ! Mr. Teody provided me with exceptional service as well as making me feel so welcomed to Philippines. Very beautiful view and the food was so delicious! There were a lot of different options to choose from. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely come back to stay here.

Overall, our experience at Cucina in Marco Polo Ortigas Manila was truly outstanding. The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the food selection was impressive, especially the seafood, which was exceptionally fresh and well-prepared. It was the perfect venue for celebrating Easter.

The staff also deserve special recognition for their professionalism and genuine warmth. Everyone was approachable, attentive, and consistently welcoming, which elevated the entire dining experience. Kudos as well to the executive chef, who made the effort to be present on the floor, actively engaging with guests—something we really appreciated.

We’ll definitely be returning and recommending this to our friends and family. If you’re looking for a buffet that delivers excellent value for money, this should be at the very top of your list. 💯
