The food is absolutely delicious, and the ambiance is just perfect—elegant, cozy, and relaxing. Every dish was well-prepared and flavorful, making the dining experience truly enjoyable. Special thanks to Sir Mark of La Cucina, who was very accommodating and kind. His warm and attentive service made our visit even more memorable.
Highly recommended for special occasions or a lovely dining experience.

Wonderful experience at the Marco Polo Hotel. Everything was top-notch, but Paul, the Fitness Manager, really made a difference with his exceptional service, professionalism, and genuine care for guests. A true asset to the team. The morning breakfast was really good and the rooms are super clean would absolutely return

Just another stay
Pros:

Stayed here before and service is way better now than before, from Lobby Staff and front the desk and housekeeping was excellent. Hotel is old and dark, and some weird smell entering the hallway. Nonetheless great stay with my friends

Rest & Relaxation in the City
Pros:

We didn’t have to go far or drive out of the city to have a breathing space and slow down to de-stress. At the heart of Ortigas in Pasig City is luxury hotel i.e. Marco Polo Ortigas that offers a reprieve to tune out & have your needed self care. Part of the Flow amenity services at Marco Polo are the 24 hour Gym, Flow Spa and swimming pool. The Flow team headed by Paul runs a tight shift. Kudos to Paul and Jamie, Flow Spa front desk service for their excellent customer service. All the staff we’ve met from the ground floor entrance both Meralco & Sapphire were engaging, courteous, and professional. Not to be miss their signature Flow smoothie at the gym which is a refreshing drink that boost the immune system to combat jet lag and any form of stress. Drink up it’s good for you!

We stayed in a standard king room that is properly laid out. The beds were comfortable and we had a good nights rest. Our rooms were cleaned and tidied up daily. It’s a luxury hotel so I would suggest to book your stay in advance and/or plan your city escape accordingly.

Pros:

Stayed at Marco Polo Ortigas Manila recently and it was nice. The room was pretty big and really clean, which made it comfy to just hang out in. Breakfast at Cucina had a good mix of stuff with a large variety of choices so I could pick different things each morning without getting bored. Dinners were also really solid, everything had tasted fresh and you could tell they used decent ingredients. The staff were friendly and helpful overall. Would definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

Great hotel. Would struggle to find better, especially for the price
Pros:

Very clean, larger than most hotel rooms and great to have speakers in bathroom. Staff are extremely professional and friendly. The breakfast was excellent, with huge amount of choice. Only thing we missed was not been able to log onto streaming apps from hotel room. Apart from that, it was a perfect stay.
