Hard to find hotel location and elevators are confusing which one to take to main lobby registration, food, rooms, ballroom need to designate someone as guide which elevator to take though directions are marked but hard to read at first glance

très bel hôtel de haut standing mais avec quelques inconvénients structurel...
Pros:

la chambre était très belle et spacieuse. la vue sur la ville est très belle. le personnel est vraiment très gentil. l'emplacement en centre ville et proche de toutes commodités : restaurants, petits commerces ouvert 24/7, centre commercial. tout est accessible à pied de l'hôtel. j'ai beaucoup aimé les parfums des shampoing et body lotion en salle de bain.

Cons:

une zone fumeur sur le roof top trop petite sur la terrasse et proche de la sono du bar... trop bruyant ! dans une ville où la cigarette dans la rue est interdite, il faudrait prévoir un emplacement plus accueillant pour les fumeurs. risque de se faire arrêter par la police si on va fumer dans la rue...
le fait de devoir changer d'ascenseur pour accéder au lobby qui est au 24ème et après reprendre un autre ascenseur pour accéder aux chambres... pas vraiment efficace et tous les clients semblaient perdus...

The food is absolutely delicious, and the ambiance is just perfect—elegant, cozy, and relaxing. Every dish was well-prepared and flavorful, making the dining experience truly enjoyable. Special thanks to Sir Mark of La Cucina, who was very accommodating and kind. His warm and attentive service made our visit even more memorable.
