Excellent choice
Pros:

Magnificent view, top location, large room, comfortable beds, very friendly staff. The restaurant at the hotel is very nice, tasty food, great terrace with a view.

Pros:

Petit hôtel avec beaucoup de charme, il y a un petit restaurant avec une jolie terrasse qui donne côté mer. Il est en plein centre avec tous à quelques pas. Le personnel, (que des hommes) sont vraiment très gentils.

Cons:

La chambre est petite et vieillotte. les draps étaient sales avec des poils de … , sous le lit ont a pu constater que ce n’était jamais nettoyé. Le ménage est très négligé. Le pire c’est la mauvaise insonorisation. Nous entendons les gens parler et autres dans les chambres d’à côté. Très désagréable.

Location is near to main attractions

Cons:

They seem to be running the property more like a hostel, you have a place to stay, but basic amenities aren’t provided, not even something as simple as a bottle of water.

Enjoyable stay in a perfect location
Pros:

The location is perfect for visiting all the main sites in Sultanhamet, but in a quiet little street. The staff were all really nice and friendly. And we had a delicious meal in the little restaurant and drinks on the outside terrace which we enjoyed. Very good value for money.

Cons:

The room was fairly basic, towels quite old, and the bathroom smelt a bit of drains when the door had been shut for a while. But we had everything we needed - there was air conditioning and free shower gel etc - considering it’s only a 2 star hotel it was really nice, and very good value.

Cons:

Dirty and too noisy. I can’t sleep because of people in the restaurant downstairs chatting till 2 am. Even hotel personal stayed on the street and loudly chatting. Strongly don’t recommend staying in that hotel.

Perfect place
Pros:

Everything was great! Hosts were really helpful with everything we need!
Real close to centre,market at hotel,camera clean,lots of playful beautiful cats!

Horrible stay
Pros:

Nothing, the positive reviews are bought. There is no way anyone would give a positive review for this hotel. They need renovation and maintenance.

Cons:

This place is fraud and a scam. The pictures do not match the rooms in reality and the staff is unhelpful towards any issue. Our room’s shower was broken, toilet seat was broken and when we complained about it the staff didn’t even check and said that the previous guests didn’t have any problem with the room. There is minimal soundproofing and you can hear every passing car and train, plus the music from next door pub. We had to leave the hotel next day as it was unliveable.

Worth coming back!
Pros:

Perfectly located, offers all the basics without any issues with a very friendly staff 24/7. Accessible to the bay and walkable distance to everything in Istanbul that tourists come for.

I think there is some confusion pictures where I book room with balcony but hotel team told me it’s glitch from booking.com so just double check details before booking

Good location, nice view, friendly staff
Pros:

Pet friendly, the location is very good, seaview as advertised, only the additional cleaning fee for the dog was set a little high at first.

Cons:

There was a power outage in the evening for around 2 hours, unfortunately the backup generator didn’t work. -1 point, easy to fix it guys!
