I liked everthing the hotel the staff all my Turkish cafas AND most important Solih Abi and Kaya. The best .i will recommend this hotel .

We had a reservation a room with balcony, when we arrived I found out that the balcony attached to a cafe so I asked the receptionist if people dining in this area because it’s basically sitting with and no privacy staff said no a couple hours later to find some people sitting in this area. Air conditioning was not functioning properly. We had to argue to switch room.
Room service is very poor at first was 2 tea bags and few sugar after we use it, the next day they didn’t replace it when I asked they told me to buy from the grocery store.

Excellent experience
Pros:

Very friendly and nice people. They allowed us to check in at 8:00 am without extra charge. View is magnificent overlooking the water. We booked a whole suite: two rooms with two baths. Highly recommend it.

For £28 a night you cant go wrong. Rooms are small but staff service was amazing. They helped us bring our suitcases up and allowed us to keep there whilst we explored

Pas d'ascenseur, chien près des escaliers, pas de salon, la réception est trop étroite, la porte d'entrée est trop étroite.
La seule avantage près de la mosquée bleu et de cerkici .

Pros:

We loved that we had a balcony with great view of the waters. Our room was clean and cozy, has a queen size and single bed which was great for 3 months f us.
No elevator but staff was so helpfull in carrying our lugagges.
Blue mosque/Hagia Sophia/Topkapi palace is walkable from the hotel.
This hotel was recommended to us and did not disappoint.

Pros:

I booked a room with a balcony and sea view. However, the room we were shown on arrival only had a balcony overlook the railway track. They moved us upstairs to a room without a balcony but with a sea view and offered no refund for what should’ve been a cheaper room. The rooms aren’t very sound proof. The location is great and the people running the guesthouse were very friendly.
