Not a value for money stay. Trainee staff with bad food at restaurant. Not english well versed even. Service was slow and not as per Ramada level.
Clean and tidy rooms, the staff was very friendly and nice.
The massaging company onsite didn't honor the 25 % discount even though we booked it between the time they stated we should. Would recommend going to Green Spa massage parlour just a few blocks from the hotel instead, as they are cheaper.

Dirty in all ways
Bad Bad very bad no pool working no gym working , no indian food , there are some options for indian , taste less food , need renovation
We stayed for 4 nights, everything was perfect just beside the housekeeping team. In 4 days not a single time our bedsheets were changed nor the table tops were cleaned properly.
With out that - FNB, FO staff behaviour and everything was perfect.
To mention, I’m working as the housekeeping supervisor of Intercontinental Adelaide, I expect better from the housekeeping team.
Location is accessible to many tourist places, staff services & facilities are good.
The location was great for our short stay, especially since we were only in Bali for two nights. The staff were super helpful, and the rooftop was beautiful. However, our room didn't have slippers, and the air conditioner was leaking during our stay. Other than that, everything was good.
If you are looking for a four star service. i will not recommend ramada because they have worst rooms. their showers dont work properly. Ac makes noises and leakages. and room size also very small. I noticed receptionist are very warm and welcoming but i never expected ramada to be like this. I called there engineer 2 times for bathroom issues. Sinkages Blocked , Toilet flush water not coming propely . And the main thing Shower doesnt work in a good way

The pool was great and so was the staff food was good aswell
The rooms were clean but it looks to have some water damage and also they said they had a spa but it wasn't open it was closed for maintenance why didn't they put that on the site and also they need to be clearer on villa's/rooms is it a room or villa? And for the price I dont really think it was worth it
The staff are friendly and accommodating. The area is not so busy, peefect for relaxation
