nice spot, good staff, a little poor accomidation.
Pros:

the staff was friendly and nice. the location is in the middle of tourist spot easy to go. It also nearby many convenience store both carrfour and franprix.

Cons:

There was no amenities kit provided. the wifi is bad, really bad, unstable network.

Pros:

La qualité de l'accueil et du dialogue avec le personnel : exemplaires.

Cons:

L'oreiller ! C'est le seul point négatif : acquisition d'un torticolis tenace avec douleurs sur toute la moitié supérieure du dos, nécessitant un rendez-vous chez un ostéopathe en urgence, avec la prise de corticoïdes.

Au cœur de Lyon!
Pros:

Au cœur de Lyon, à quelques de l’opéra, but du déplacement.
Chambre exiguë mais ambiance « cosy » très sympathique plaisante.
Un peu de vue sur la ville, du moins ses toits, au cinquième étage côté rue.

Cons:

Vue néanmoins maigrichonne…
L’étrange disparition de la machine à café Nespresso pendant le créneau du petit-déjeuner…alors qu’elle est en usage libre toute la journée!

The location was fabulous! Walk to everything. Friendly front desk staff who spoke English

Cons:

Only frustrating thing was that the staff didn’t warn us that the streets were closed for the marathon on the day of our departure. We had to walk to the train station.

Décevant , nous nous attendions à bien mieux.
Pros:

La gentillesse de l’accueil, la propreté.

Cons:

Le décor rafistolé plutôt raté , la salle de bain avec sa baignoire ultra glissante. Et surtout le filet de douche sans pression!
