Wonderful stay as usual in a great hotel
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with character. Large room. Excellent value for money and in a great location.

Cons:

The shower door seal needs fixing (I recall it was a problem last time we stayed in that room). The mattress is quite hard. But they are only very minor points.

Great value for money and perfect base for a weekend in Berlin
Pros:

Location is great very close to transport links, nice open room the personal greeting from staff everytime I returned to my room

Cons:

Toilet was very close to shower but this was a very minor inconvenience

Unsere Übernachtung im ArtHotel Connection Berlin war einfach großartig! Schon beim Ankommen wurden wir unglaublich herzlich und aufmerksam empfangen – das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und erfüllt wirklich jeden Wunsch. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Berlin entspannt zu erkunden. Alles war blitzsauber und das historische Ambiente mit seinem kaiserlichen Charme macht den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Absolute Empfehlung!

Agréable et sympathique
Pros:

Emplacement parfait, au calme (du moins début mars) tout en étant en plein quartier gay. Joli hôtel avec beaucoup de charme, bon petit-déjeuner servi à table, personnel adorable et sympathique. Chambre petite mais fonctionnelle avec tout ce qu’il faut, et une jolie vue sur la cour intérieure (chambre #5). Comme dans un bel appartement au haut plafond avec moulures parquet qui grince (j’aime beaucoup) !

Cons:

Les rideaux de la chambre laissent malheureusement passer la lumière et c’était la pleine lune hier, du coup même en pleine nuit il y a une vraie lumière dans la chambre. Le matelas était un peu dur à mon goût, et l’oreiller un peu trop mou.

Freundlicher Empfang. Einfaches, sauberes Zimmer. Freundliche , persönliche Schlüsselabgabe. Habe erst bei der persönlichen Schlüsselübergabe erfahren, das ich auf Anfrage einen Topper hätte haben können. Um das Bett bequemer zu machen . Habe ich mir für meine nächste Übernachtung gemerkt.

Cons:

Die Matratze war dolle hart.

צוות חמוד, ניסה לעזור בכל בעיה. אם תולים שלט לא להפריע אז אף אחד לא נכנס לחדר כל היום. המחיר מצוין, המים היו חמים, יש כספת בחדר. המלון מעוצב ממש יפה והייתה אווירה נעימה וגם הבניין ממש יפה

הכניסה למקום לא מאוד ברורה, זה קומה בבניין עם הרבה קומות ולקח לי זמן להבין איך נכנסים. היה משמח אם היה מקרר וקומקום בחדר או משותפים לכולם

Eine Übernachtung, die Freude bereitet
Pros:

Top-Lage, sehr gute Erreichbarkeit, Parkplatz fußläufig erreichbar, Umgebung sehr schön. Schon die Auffahrt mit dem Aufzug ein kleiner Event für Freunde des Details. Erwähnenswert ist die sehr gute Kommunikation bei Ankunft, Aufenthalt, Abreise und sogar noch nach der Abreise > hatte meine Armbanduhr im Zimmer vergessen > Anruf des Hotelpersonals > Abholung. Dafür gleich nochmal ein Extra-danke-vielmals. Das Zimmer war gemütlich und entsprach meinem persönlichen Geschmack. Super Frühstück, Personal sehr dezent und die Frühstücksgefühl > stilvoll in den neuen Tag. Es passte wirklich alles > Einrichtung des Frühstücksraums WOW, echt supergeil. So wacht man gerne auf und beginnt den Tag ... Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen und hat ein extrem hohes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ... ich komme jederzeit gerne wieder und freue mich auf den nächsten Aufenthalt.
