Pros:

It was clean and lots of parking

Cons:

The toilet and bathroom were too small and weird. It was hard to move and very uncomfortable. The food service during breakfast was quite bad. Refill of food was not done. Tea was kept outside the food area. Lots of servers but all seemed very list and confused.

Pros:

Friendly staff

Cons:

Level of hygiene and cleanliness was very poor. The bathroom had stains on the floor. I could hear TV playing in the next door guest room. The room service options and quality of service was very poor. The lobby and reception area was unclean and messy. No AC in the lobby and restaurant.

Het personeel echt in 1 woord geweldig. We hebben genoten van hun enthousiastme vriendelijkheid en inzet. Wat een prachtige mensen. De kamer was netjes en schoon. het eten was super. Mijn man heeft snel last van buikpijn, maar geen 1x ziek geweest. het eten was heerlijk. Schoon en hygienisch echt een aanrader. Het psersonee met name, Satthya, Muthu, Raggal, Rajah, Madavi, Rubina, Cathrine, Sameema, Ajeesh Deepar en Abijth waren geweldig. Op de laatste dag kregen we een taart (er waren meerdere nederlanders aanwezig in het hotel) en ze deden echt hun best.

Cons:

een buiten zwembad zou fijn geweest zijn.

Could not reach the Marketing team on phone. Several calls over days went un answered.

Rate charged for the facility is high.
