Camera da fare migliore manutenzione
Pros:

La suite di 90 mq che abbiamo scelto aveva varie cose che non andavano bene, tutte dovute a poca manutenzione in generale. Una tenda su 3 non si chiudeva con l'oscurante e allora alla mattina entrava tutta la luce, i muri bianchi avevano evidenti segni di cose che prima erano appese e che hanno lasciato forti segni del tempo che con una semplice ripittura del muro vanno via, il soffione della doccia tutto pieno di calcare che non lascia uscire l'acqua bene e non lascia selezionare il tipo di getto preferito. Inoltre l'impianto di illuminazione ha dei tasti a muro che di notte sono troppo retro illuminati e non permettono di dormire perché la luce che mettono è troppo forte.

Big room, high floor, spacious bathroom with bathtub.

Cons:

Air conditioning was too cold. At night time it kept at 21 degree. I set it at 24, but it never change, still 21.
WiFi was terribly bad. Blocked all websites and phone app outside China. Complaint to them, said it is their policy. Didn’t care if you come from other countries.
TV said it has movie channel but it didn’t work. All local channels except Russian and Cuban. CNN has no signal. Felt like living in a prison. Blacklisted. Won’t come back.

Despite food issues. I am 95% satisfied
Pros:

Staff are like brothers and sisters. You feels you are with family.

Cons:

Break fast. You have always same food and there is no much choice for business traveller who are not familiar with Chinese food. I had to visit hospital and you can get my name at Zhengzhou University hospital

Nice hotel to stay in Zhengzhou.
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful. The front desk staff and the hotel attendants were all very attentive and pleasant. The subway entrance is right next to the hotel, and a shopping mall. Very convenient. The breakfast selections were very good. We had to leave early to catch a train, they provided nice to-go bags for us to pack our breakfast stuff. A big thanks to the Chief Concierge Mr. Wang, he was so very kind and extremely helpful in making arrangement for us for a full day driver for sight seeing.
