Important information:

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
Please inform Sonder The Beverley in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of CAD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government-issued photo ID. Guests will receive check-in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note: the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There are no windows in the Basic Full Room or the Small Single Room. There's no cable, room service, laundry facilities, or on-site parking. The HVAC unit in your space may produce noise. We've provided a white noise machines and earplugs. Sonder offers all guests the ability to book housekeeping services on-demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance.

Please note that the seasonal rooftop will only be open from May to November.

Disappointed
Cons:

No idea an App needed to be downloaded to a ccesss a door code . No reception. No humans assisting you . De messages in the App are answered by a booth . If you are in trouble no one answers the phone . The rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floor and has no elevator . Room had no windows . Clean comes only if you request . The location is good it’s like a hostel I used to stay when I was 20’s .

Pros:

Everything worked in the room. Very clean and well maintained facility. Access code worked. Small but efficiently appointed room. Met my needs. Good shower. Convenient location on busy business street. Access to public transit.

Cons:

Check-in at 4 pm is too late. Better at 3 pm or even 2 pm. No staff on premises in the afternoon. No place to store luggage if one arrived before check-in. Who do you contact if there is a problem? Stairs without an elevator is a problem for seniors or those with limitations. Don't come with lots of luggage.

The location on Queen West is unbeatable
Pros:

We had a great stay at The Beverley Hotel Queen West, Sonder by Marriott Bonvoy. The location on Queen West is unbeatable, and our room was spacious with a great view, a comfy bed and sofa, and a large bathroom. The rooftop terrace was a cute bonus! While there’s no staff onsite, the self-check-in process was smooth and the instructions were clear. Would definitely stay again.

Pros:

It was easy to check in - I was sent a code and I could use that to access both the building and my room. I prefer that to carrying a key around. The upstairs balcony area was quite nice too.

Cons:

Unfortunately, to have the room serviced at all required a charge, which was not ideal as I was staying there for a week. There were ants in my bathroom. The lack of reception was a shame as I had flown in from abroad and could have used some help upon arriving. I believe a bar in the upstairs balcony area was advertised but it wasn't staffed at all in the week I was there, and smoking is also not allowed up there. Rooms are very small.

I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.
Pros:

Loved the location, the cleanliness of the room, and the cute rooftop. Also loved the unexpected mini fridge and coffee and tea makers.

Cons:

It was kind of expensive for such a small room.

hotel vicino abbastanza vicino al centro e quindi con prezzo competitivo. è tutto on line, fai il check in e ti arrivano le indicazioni per accedere. per prendere l'ascensore, che è super lento!, devi entrare al bar sotto (aperto dalle 8 alle 20) quindi se si arriva dopo bisogna fare le ripide scale. la camera è piccolissima, ci sono 60 cm intorno al letto, lavandino in camera ed il bagno è composto da wc e doccia, con una porta scorrevole che garantisce poca privacy. servizio on line super efficiente, ho chiesto un info inerente al check in e mi hanno risposto in tempi brevissimi

Pros:

Chambre avec matériaux récents et modernes, différents types d rangements, qualité de la literie, produits dans la douche en grande quantité et de bonne qualité.

Cons:

L’appareil de climatisation faisait un bruit très fort aux 20 minutes. Pas de réelle fenêtre, seulement un puis de lumière. Hauteur de la télévision qui demandait une bascule de la tête vers l’arrière et donnait ainsi mal au cou. Trois jours avant mon séjour on m’annonce que j’aurai un lit double au lieu de Queen comme j’avais réservé il y a trois mois.

It’s a very good place, very well located. Small but with everything you need. I really liked it.
Pros:

The location is excellent. The cleanliness and facilities are adequate and in good condition. Everything is functional. I liked the key system and the access solely through the use of the application.

Cons:

At the beginning, it was not very clear that there was no front desk and that there is no elevator. Nothing critical.

Péssimo custo benefício
Pros:

A localização é ótima, perto dos principais pontos turísticos.

Cons:

O quarto é muito pequeno. Era difícil de regular a temperatura do chuveiro. O ar condicionado (ou alguma outra máquina que nao conseguimos identificar) fazia um barulho alto e frequente. Ficamos hospedados por 5 dias e não limparam o quarto neste período. Custo benefício péssimo!
