Very family friendly. Lovely gardens and pool with a shallow end and toys for kids. Just down the street from a playground. Very nice breakfast service and on-site parking. Many other families with kids.
Interior is less impressive than the pictures. Detailed trim is just painted onto flat plastered walls. Room was smaller than expected.
We liked everything, the room was quite spacious for the 4 of us, the pool was great and very clean, the breakfast iwas very good. Free private parking was also available.

The common areas in the hotel are very nice and Italian style.
Honestly for me the price is not coherent with the room. The furniture in the room in general is lacking maintenance. Your pay for a "elegant" hotel but then its all very old and the room is lacking in "decoration".
Also we had a problem with hotel water and the bathroom didnt have heating... so when we entered in the morning to take a bath it was like Alaska.
For 250 euros x night I was expecting more.
I think its a hotel to better go in Spring or Summer.
The staff were exceptionally pleasant and welcoming.

Wonderful staff, beautiful property and view. We booked last minute after a long flight to Rome and wanted somewhere for the kids to swim and get over the jet lag, the only room available was small but very tidy. We would absolutely love to stay again.
Absolutely stunning property, pool, location and hosts. We used as a base for Rome. It was perfect.
The place is absolutely fantastic. The views are incredible, the hotel is magnificent, and the pool is one of the nicest we have been in for a while. Highly recommend
I would have liked to stay longer
What a unique find, it really was like stepping back in time, into history. The villa is located immediately off the main piazza of Manziana, entered through a secure gate with private car parking in the villa grounds. The welcome that we received and attention throughout our stay from all of the staff was warm and genuine, the room was tastefully decorated in a classic Italian antique style and the views over the well manicured gardens, and the woods, mountains and lakes beyond were just stunning. Each day started with a substantial Italian style breakfast. The villa is literally a stride from the local shops, a selection of restaurants and the train that operates hourly between Rome and Viterbo. We hope to return in the summer and enjoy your garden and pool! Grazie tutti
