Pros:

Diesmal ein Zimmer im neuen, renovierten Teil - sehr nett, allerdings kann man die Wärme nicht selbst steuern, da zentrale Fußbodenheizung ... Front Desk sehr gut, Frühstück leider sehr schwach, nicht mal Rührei oder Espresso Kaffee gegen Aufzahlung möglich

Price was nice, but there are a few things to keep in mind…
Pros:

Location was walkable to town (15 min) which was the best thing, but with the dirt road and wind, wasn’t always a good thing. Very spacious apt, and end unit so nice views for where it was. Initial desk rep (lady) was very nice and helpful. She spent time going over location, directions, apt features, etc. Other staff after that fell well short of her level and weren’t overly friendly.

Cons:

The breakfast was not good (trying to be nice)…selections were limited and nothing cooked available. Worst breakfast we had in a month of traveling in South America (including Peru). It was on a dirt road which made it dusty. A lot of noise from motorcycles/4-wheelers in the late afternoon and evening, which was annoying. Had to have windows open because it was hot.

Pros:

Host was very nice and informative. Apartment gave us plenty of room to spread out and enjoy coffee outside on the balcony.

This hotel/apartment provides a good value, and the lake and mountain views are gorgeous.
Pros:

The apartments (one before and a different one after we traveled to Torres del Paine) are both very spacious. The one upstairs is better furnished, but both are very clean, and the beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are large.. The views of the lake and the mountains beyond cannot be beat for both apartments. The apartments are a few steps from the full-service hotel with a 24-hour front desk of the same establishment. Tours pick up from this hotel. The hotels held our bags while we traveled light by bus to Torres del Paine, which was very much appreciated.

Cons:

The wi-fi at the apartments is a little weak, but guests can go to the cozy hotel lobby to use the wi-fi. The location of the hotel is about a 10 minute walk from town and down a fairly steep hill, but is close to the bus station for those planning to take the bus to Torres del Paine. Night-time quietness is definitely desirable for peaceful rest. So the weaknesses are not all negative and are surmountable.

Nice and welcoming
Pros:

We came back after our first stay, that alone speaks to the quality. Though I must say we liked the room we had the second time around a lot better than the first room

The spacious clean 2 bedroom. Also the front desk staff and breakfast staff were very helpful

Cons:

Just a bit far from town, a 18 minute walk to most restaurants and stores. There was 1 restaurant nearby about 5 minutes.

Great short term stay with lovely hosts and helpful
Pros:

Great location!
A really great staff!
Gabriel was extremely helpful. He helped us secure a driver for the day. Alejandro, the driver, was so knowledgeable!
There’s a restaurant on premises. Not enough veggie options for us though. And they do offer a box lunch, but again not good for vegetarians.
The beds were comfortable!
The shower however was very weak pressure. This was really the only drawback.
Perfect place for our overnight for our family of 4.

Cons:

The shower pressure was so weak that I struggled to wash out my shampoo and conditioner.
