Great holiday, fantastic staff, food was fresh and varied with speciality nights. Entertainment was really good and catered for all tastes.

Gute Lage, schöne Zimmer und die Anlage ist sehr sauber.

Great location, very good access to the water and beaches for those that like the ocean. The quiet hours were very welcome for our family who was looking to just relax and enjoy time together. The nightly entertainment offered a variety of shows across the week we stayed, there is something for everyone. This resort met all our expectations.

Das Hotel ist einfach super. Das essen lecker. Jeden Tag was anderes und auch große Vielfalt. Ist für jeden was dabei. Die Lage spitze. Direkt am Meer. Eine Seite ist Sandstrand andere Seite Steine. Alles sauber. Personal freundlich. Wir wurden sogar ein paar Stunden nach dem wir das Zimmer bekommen haben, angerufen und gefragt ob es uns gut geht und fehlt uns was. Sehr nett.

Our second visit to this hotel and we brought our friends with us this time.

A huge improvement from our last visit three years ago, better food, cleaner hotel and more sun beds.

I genuinely have never seen a team of cleaners and maintenance work like they do, the outside toilet was immaculate all day. What a team they are. Well done to you all. The pool maintenance man who has his music on, works like a trooper, never failed to entertain us in the morning. Giving us a refreshing shower before the pool opened.

There are some bad reviews about the food, don't listen to them. I'm not quite sure what people expect, but with fussy eaters in our group, no one went hungry.
We even had crepes, sushi (which was amazing) and a pasta night all cooked in front of you, on a pop up station.
Meat and fish cooked fresh. With salmon fillets too.
Food is great and warm.
Great salad options and veggie options. One of the best all inclusive we have been to.

Pool snack bar served burgers, pizzas, hot dogs with some salad options and cold meats. Not my cup of tea but others in the group enjoyed it for a break from the restaurant.

No saving the sun beds here, which we were warned about first day and didn't repeat. I'm up early anyway. So just stayed with the two beds. Not a problem as long as you are there.

This could cause issues and I think if you are going to do it. You may want to remove the towels and take them straight away,.not fold and put behind the bed, so someone else can come and put a towel down and not realize. But also do it through the day. As there was one family who saved six beds all day but sat behind them in the pool bar all day. Shocking. Whilst others didn't have beds.

We didn't do much with the entertainment team this year, but they worked very hard. Our children did like to play the water polo but unfortunately we watched this get more dominated by middle aged men thinking they were 21. Dunking children under the water and squaring up to each other in the pool. I spoke to the staff on the day and in his defence he sent some out.
I did suggest that children should be allowed to play this on their own and the adults excluded. There is enough entertainment for the adults to participate in. I would love to see this carried out through the summer. Management please go out and watch these games. Children should not be called out of the games because of the adults behaviour.

Location wow wow wow. We paid for a sea view and it was incredible. Kettle and fridge in the room.
We ate out at Illeta and twice at beach club restaurant and our whole group preferred the beach club and half the price.

Token system, read negative reviews on this too, but in my opinion it stops people being gluttonous, one drink at a time and keep the hotel clean. A great initiative. Well done to the hotel.

We used the gym facilities as a group and there was plenty of equipment.

The adult only spot is a treat, with different cocktails and a totally chilled out vibe.

Evening entertainment ( we didn't watch it was inside, our group, mainly sat outside) I don't think the hotel could move this outside and understand why It is indoors.

Camp de mar, stole our heart three years ago and it was even more special this time to come back with our friends, who all loved it too.

The only negative is, the beds are awful in the hotel, when they are pushed together as a double, it is like sleeping on a hill. Please look at the beds and upgrade the mattresses.

All in all, a 5*star holiday with amazing friends. This hotel seems to listen to feedback as my feedback from three years ago was taken on board. So please stop the adults ruining children's games in the afternoon in the pool and upgrade those mattresses.

We will 100% see you again.

Great views, for most rooms at least. Super nice staff. Great open access to the beach and pool. Food was super plentiful and every day had different specialties available.

The location

We stayed 2 weeks at this hotel. Excelent location, enjoying the beach and pool all day long.
Bed very comfortable, room clean, food variety and quality ok, always warm and refill made fast.
Enjoyed the fact that the first week the "reserved" sunbeds were cleaned and a message left to stop the habit. However in the 2nd week they stopped, therefore was hard to find available ones after 9 -9.30.
All in all we would definitely go back for another 2 weeks soon.

This is a great hotel the staff are excellent and very friendly. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean. The food and drinks are the best I have had in a all inclusive hotel. The entertainment team are very good also, with some good entertainment at night and a couple of great musicians in the afternoons. The location is beautiful in the bay.

We had such a lovely stay here and I would definitely say don't let some of the negative reviews put you off!
From the moment we arrived, we had a fantastic experience. Our room was clean, tidy and had the most beautiful view.
Every single member of staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Everyone always had a smile on their face, which really made the holiday feel even more enjoyable.
The pool area was gorgeous with plenty of sunbeds. Although it was quite busy at times, we always managed to find sunbeds together, so it was never an issue for us.
We stayed all inclusive and thought the buffet was great. There was a really good selection of food every day. If you wanted something familiar, there was always pizza, pasta, chips, grilled chicken and other favourites. If you felt like trying something different, there were lots of other dishes to choose from too. Yes, the menu was fairly similar each day, but that's the case with most all-inclusive hotels, and there was enough variety that we never struggled to find something we enjoyed.
The bar system worked perfectly for us. You're given tokens which you exchange for cups, then you simply help yourself to soft drinks. Alcoholic drinks are made for you by the bar staff. We actually thought it was a really good system and had no problems with it at all.
There were a few ants around the hotel, but Mallorca has been incredibly hot, so that's hardly surprising. It's part of nature, and I'm sure many hotels in the area are experiencing the same thing, if not worse. It certainly didn't affect our holiday.
The entertainment team did a great job, and the aqua gym was always entertaining to watch! The bar staff were also brilliant and always so friendly.
A special thank you goes to the two gentlemen who checked us out. Unfortunately, we didn't catch their names, but they were incredibly kind and helpful. Our flight wasn't until the evening, and they allowed us to continue using all of the hotel's facilities after we'd checked out, which made such a difference to the end of our holiday.
Overall, we honestly had the most wonderful stay. It's the first hotel in a long time that I can genuinely say I would happily return to. Everything came together to make it a perfect holiday, and we can't wait to come back!

Family of 6 with 2 adults 4 kids ages 8-16.
Holiday booked 6 weeks prior to travel date. Approx £800per person for 7 days.
Hotel was Ok. Food was acceptable but compared to other 4star hotels, it was limited choices, not much flavour. Breakfast finished at 10 and stopped coffee machine right on the dot to make sure no one outstay their welcome.
Found hair in food twice, mouldy/muddy fruit on display.
Only one snack bar which was again self service with canteen type food (chips, burger,hot dog, 4!flavour ice cream and some fruit and the fact that we had to queue up for every drink with a token has really spoilt the all inclusive service if you can call it that. We didn’t use evening entertainment so can’t comment on that.
Staff is again Ok, not very helpful just the bare minimum. Room service. Bedding not changed just rotated sheets. Some days not touched at all so bed was full of sand. Some days No toilet paper/towel left after cleaning.
Previous holiday makers left inflatables so we took it to use them but cleaner ran after us to try and stop us but eventually gave up.
The view was beautiful and the beach right outside hotel was handy as only one pool and all sunbeds taken by 8 am.
no restaurants/shops or things to do in the evenings unless you want to take a taxi to local town.
For what we paid it was an Ok holiday but compared to other 4 star hotels, it was poor

Lovely beachfront hotel, best location,great for swimming and snorkeling in the sea. Bali sunbeds conveniently located a few steps from the sea. Decent sized rooms and balcony and nice bathroom with walk in shower, all amenities provided. Nice touch is balcony with pull out rack for drying swimsuits.
Staff were all helpful and friendly. Buffet had plenty of fresh fruit and salads and great choice of dishes.

Proche de la mer

L'emplacement est exceptionnel notamment l'accès à la mer. Les équipements sont bons et pratiques, l nourritures très bonne est variée et l'ambiance générale est très agréable entre calme, nature, et festivités.
