Elképesztő hely, luxus érzet
Pros:

Csodálatos helyen, közvetlenül a tengerparton fekszik a szálloda. Gondozott, parkosított kertre és a tengerre néz a szobák erkélye. Lenyűgöző a látvány. A szálloda képei 100%-ban fedik a valóságot, minden pont olyan, mint a képeken. Tisztaság, rend mindenhol. A szobákat minden nap makulátlan tisztává varázsolták, friss törölközők, bevetett ágy fogadott bennünket. Az ágy kényelmes, a párnák szuperek. Csak reggelit kértünk, mert minden nap estig programoztunk és a sok finomságtól délig nem is voltunk éhesek. Nagyon széles a svédasztalos kínálat. Mindenki talál kedvére valót és változatos reggeliket.
Kültéri medence környéke, a tengerparti napozók fantasztikusak! Nagyon klassz, hogy lehet strandtörölközőket bérelni 10 euro/ db, de a pénz a törölközők leadásakor visszajár. A törölközők kivihetők a közeli homokos strandra (kb 50 lépés), ami ingyenes, szép gondozott, nagyon hangulatos és minden van, ami egy jó strandoláshoz csak kellhet (fagyi, bolt, búvár oktatás, kölcsönző, étterem, strandfelszerelések).

Cons:

Az étteremben a nagyüzem miatt (több száz ember reggeliztetése non-stop) sajnos a tányérok, poharak, evőeszközök tisztasága, vagy pont ennek a hiánya nem méltó ehhez a 4*-os szállodához. Erre sokkal nagyobb hangsúlyt kell fektetni! Ha a szobákat tudják professzionálisan takarítani, akkor ennek az étteremben is működni kell!
Az étteremben a másik negatívum a borzalmas minőségű, mű ízű narancs lötty. Ez a narancslé megnevezést sem érdemli meg. A Sóller völgy narancs ültetvényeiről nem jut ide narancs?
Van zárt, privát parkoló, de alapból nem ajánljàk fel a recepciósok. Tudtuk, hogy fizetős, de megérkezèsünk napján (Húsvétvasárnap) 4x telefonáltam a helyszínre érkezve, hogy végre beengedjen az egyik recepciós! Folyamatosan a felszíni, ingyenes parkolókba irányítottak, amik tömve voltak. Mire végre az egyik recepciós elmagyarázta hol a privát parkoló és ki is nyitotta a garázst meglepetten tapasztaltuk, hogy összesen 3-4 autó parkolt benn, pedig bőven van hely parkolni akár 30 autónak is! Egyszerűen nem is értettük miért hagytak 40 percig körözni és parkolót vadászni!!!
A szobák fala nagyon vékony, aki peches és egy medve módra horkoló szomszédot fog ki vagy kisgyerekes családot, garantálom, hogy nem fog tudni aludni.

Muy buen sitio para tener una estancia relajada y con muy buenas instalaciones y ubicación a pie de playa, estupendo.

Pero el agua era más bien fría tanto la piscina como el jacuzzi,

Estaban fuera de servicio, el circuito de chorros para las piernas fuera de servicio,sauna típica tenias que estar de10 a 15 minutos dentro para que empiece a funcionar . NO TUVIMOS PACIENCIA.

Servicio bar // 19:30 nos atendio Andrés excelente,tomamos dos ron cola y por cierto nos vendió el mejor ron.

Servicio desayuno // 7:30 hemos estado desayunando no tengo palabras excelente tanto la comida como el servicio

Recepción // 10:30 salida ,
Excelente interés por recepción.
Como hemos pasado la noche,
Si nos a ido todo bien,

Hemos disfrutado.
Pros:

Me gustó la variedad de alimentos.

Cons:

Soy intolerante a la proteína de la vaca y no había dulces sin mantequilla o lácteos de vaca. Estaría bien que igual que hay productos sin gluten hubiera dulces en todas las comidas sin lácteos.

Por poner un pero, diría que la variedad del desayuno esta muy bien pero enfocado a la comunidad extranjera. Eche de menos aguacate, salmon o jamon. Y los zumos muy artificiales y azucarados el cafe bueno.

Traumhafte Lage direkt an der wunderschönen Bucht aber unbedingt My Favorit Club mit buchen

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, das Personal sehr freundlich und die Zimmer waren sehr sauber

Cons:

Ohne „my Favorite Club“ (=VIP) würde ich nicht nochmal buchen weil man ansonsten sehr lange am Speisesaal anstehen muss (insbesondere morgens) mit mFC viel ruhiger und komfortabler im separaten Speisesaal.
Das Essen war in den ersten Tagen nicht gut (wenig Abwechslungsreich und nicht lecker), allerdings hat sich das im Laufe der Woche stark gebessert und war dann sehr gut.
Leider haben wir nicht nur auf die wunderschöne Bucht vom Zimmer aus geblickt sondern auch auf eine laute und staubige Baustelle. Die Handwerker haben um 7:00 Lärm gemacht.

La amabilidad del personal!

Cons:

El tener camas dobles , habiendo solicitado una de matrimonio, pero cuando se lo dijimos al personal en seguida nos quisieron ayudar para cambiar de habitación, nosotros no quisimos molestar y nos quedamos en la asignada.
