Please note that according to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990 minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

Excelente estadia
Pros:

Localização excelente, próximo de vários restaurantes e comércios, área muito boa para caminhar. A estrutura do hotel é ótima, tem local apropriado e coberto para esperar um táxi/uber, quartos amplos, cama confortável. A equipe do hotel é maravilhosa, todos muito educados, agradecimento especial para o Jonathan. Gostei muito do café da manhã também.

Good place and staff
Pros:

The location is good. It is by a mall, several pubs, and good restaurants.

Cons:

The other guests were very noising. The staff helped to calm down them. The gym needs an improvement urgently.

Quartier tranquille pour dîner à l'extérieur, bon petit déjeuner en terrasse, propreté

Cons:

Faire payer les 10% de service du petit déjeuner alors que les tables ne sont pas prêtes (se déplacer pour aller chercher du sucre) et que le terminal de paiement n'est pas chargé (plusieurs minutes d'attente).
