Alb'hotel Grill

The hotel is in need of renovation. Everything is very worn and partially defective. The duvet cover was stained and under the bed sheet you could even see a stain that looked like blood. The shower tray totally yellowed and the fittings completely scraped off the chrome. At least in my room. Maybe I was just unlucky. In the hallway, however, it didn't seem like the other rooms were better. Spider webs under the table and in the corners. I won't sleep here again until it has been renovated. The heating in my room didn't work either. It was really cold. The internet was also constantly collapsing for a few seconds. I can't say anything about the service, I didn't use it. The location is like everything there, in the middle of nowhere 😄

Nous avons payé deux fois le petit déjeuner c’est pas normal. Merci de faire le nécessaire pour qu’il nous rembourse.

Bon séjour, chambre confortable et bonne insonorisation. Bien sauf l'accueil impersonnel voir très froid du directeur.
N'a pas donné de précisions sur les heures de petit déjeuner ....

Gammal röklukt i mattor och korridor, brun-beige-orange inredning från 70-talet (?), frånvarande personal som inte kunde ett ord engelska, varmt och instängt rum. Undermåliga frukostalternativ

Bed was comfy and Room Size ok.
Check in quick.
Room tidy but clearly unused for a wild as there were 2 spiders in the corner (not great!!!).
Also Not both of our our single news had individual bed light controls - only one Control for both.
Unfortunately even with closed window you can hear the highway outside, as well as the people on the corridor.
Restaurant fine, some play ground for Kids, even a pool.
The waiter had a bad day and forgot to bring us some food despite reconfirming twice - can happen but was unfortunate as we were extremely tired from a long drive and only wanted to get to bed.

Overall it was fine for a stop but due to insufficient noisecancelling in the room I would not go back there unless they modernise it.

Hotel was worn down; everything gives off the vibe of a management that is not very interested in its upkeep.

My colleague arrived late and couldn't work the automatic check-in. The 'helpline' numbers listed didn't answer. He ended up having to book a new room on the internet while stood out there in the cold and rain at 1 AM.

My first room smelled like the sewer and since nobody was there when I checked in, that was what I had to deal with my first night. Could only change rooms on the second day.

They charge €10 for a breakfast that is very limited in its assortment: coffee, cereal, yogurt, cheese, and juice. For something so basic most hotels would offer it as 'complimentary', which I assumed it was until they suprised me at checkout. No mention of a charge any of the 3 mornings I ate breakfast.

Internet is limited; I couldn't for some reason connect Outlook or correctly load some pages. I'm not talking about 'exotic' material, but my airline's website to check-in.

I won't return.

Accueil semblable à la porte de ma cave : Froid, distant et l'envie de repartir vite.
Propreté peu convenable.

The room was very dirty: the bathroom was disgusting, so was the room (floor, in some parts even broken but the upsetting part was that it was super dirty), the blankets full of dust and we found hair.
The guy at the reception didn’t speak a single word of English and he couldn’t understand what we were saying.
We spent about 100 eu/night and I believe it was definitely too much.
Moreover the air conditioning wasn’t working, the crib they gave me for the little kid was full of stains and he had to sleep in the bed with us.
Room super noisy as well. A nightmare.

Petite étape sur la route des vacances, hôtel correct et au pied de l'autoroute

Stayed here for a week while following TdF. The hotel is not a luxury hotel, but it you get your money's worth. The staff is polite and service-minded. The restaurant is very good. They offer a traditional French breakfast which is okey, but if you have been to France, you should be aware that a traditional french breakfast is not much and "okey" is as good as it gets.

Chambre correct, un peu petit pour 3. Petit déjeuner, pas beaucoup de choix, dommage.

Séjour agéable, très bel hôtel et restaurant. Juste un petit inconvénient, le bruit de l'autoroute tout proche.

Personnel très sympathique, mais l’hôtel est très près de l’autoroute et donc extrêmement bruyant, toute la nuit !!!

Très bon accueil. Chambre un peu petite et propre. parfaite pour un court séjour. Proche des grands axes.
