Beautiful White Crest apartments
Pros:

Loved our stay at whitecrest, the location was awesome, central to everything we needed. The staff were so helpful and lovely, the apartment was clean and comfortable, the parking spaces were nice and big.

Cons:

The lift was slow, but there was a sign saying it had suffered flood damage and was getting a makeover soon. The only other suggestion would be to make the pool area a little more private from the street.

Schöner Aufenthalt. In dem Apt. Könnte man gut und gerne auch länger bleiben 😊
Pros:

Die Lage direkt an der Main Road. Dusche und Föhn super. Parkplatz in der hauseigenen Tiefgarage. Klimaanlage in allen Zimmern und zusätzlich ein Deckenventilator. Wir hatten Apt. 111, das 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder (davon 1 Vollbad) hat. Waschmaschine inkl. Waschpulver war vorhanden. FYI: Einen Wäschetrockner gibt es nicht (hat uns aber gar nicht gestört)

Cons:

Auf den ersten Blick alles super. Auf den zweiten Blick (in den Ecken) sieht man, dass das Hotel schon etwas gelitten hat. Trotzdem superschön, hell und sehr geräumig.
Der Wäscheständer ist kaputt und müsste einmal ausgetauscht werden.

Everything you need and more!
Pros:

Apartments were great, large and incredibly clean. Pool area was terrific, plenty of seats, sun and shade.
But the staff were the highlight of this stay…i have never come across such happy, helpful and attentive staff! From the moment you walk in! Our first morning they even set a table for us around pool and recommended ordering breakfast from cafe next door who delivered to us!!! And the breaky was one of the best we have had. I highly highly recommend a stay at White Crest Apartments, we will definitely be returning.

Excellent location for a wonderful holiday
Pros:

Excellent location, right across the road from the main beach and there are plenty of food choices within walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool is nice.

Comfortable, clean & spacious apartment
Pros:

Nice location within easy reach of beach, restaurants, shops etc . Generous size apartment & well equipped for a stay.

Cons:

Although beautifully clean, some aspects may be looking a little tired and could be considered for upgrade eg, wall paint at floor level , uncomfortable sofa …. The pool was a bit of a challenge to enter for someone with bad knees and balance. Some hand rails at the shallow end would be really helpful!

A long time visitor to Hervey Bay and have been staying at White Crest for many years.
Pros:

Units opposite the beach which was a great location for the grandkids, aged 3 and 5. The first visit for the 3 year old.
They loved the pool, tennis court and the family room with ping pong table, books and toys
They visited "the library" everyday to find new books to read.
The pool was also a winner and the walking/bike track was fantastic for the grandkids to practice on their new pushbikes

Apartamento muy amplio y junto a la playa
Pros:

Apartamento muy amplio con 2 habitaciones y 2 baños. Terraza con mesa y sillas que utilizamos para desayunar. El personal muy amable y con total disponibilidad. Tiene piscina y pista de tenis, que no usamos pero nos ofrecieron raquetas si queríamos. Tiene también mesa de ping pong con palas que sí usamos. Cerca del apartamento hay varios restaurantes para cenar. La playa es preciosa y entre la casa y la playa hay un bosque que nos impresionó el paseo tan bonito que hay en su interior. El parking para el coche muy cómodo.

Cons:

Por comentar algo, eché en falta más luz en las mesillas para poder leer por la noche.

I would stay over and over again.

Stayed here before, great location, easy walking distance to lots of eateries and beach.

There was no air conditioner in the second bedroom. It did get warm, and the fan made quite a bit of noise.
