Important information:

1. All our EPIC Properties are unmanned; we do not have a face-to-face check-in.

2. EPIC Apart Hotels do not permit nonresident visitors after the hours of 10 pm-8 am.

3. Early check-ins and Late check-outs may be available for an additional charge but cannot be guaranteed.

4. You will be required to give us your email address to complete the online check-in form.

5. We operate from a self-check-in model - you will be required to fill in an online check-in form, which you will receive via email once we have your email address. You will be required to upload official government ID and also a credit or debit card for the security deposit.

6. The Security deposit is 50% of the value of your reservation, with the lowest amount being £50.

7. Proof of Age: The lead guest must be at least 18 years of age as per the terms and conditions accepted at the time of booking.

8. Access codes and instructions will only be issued once the above is complete. They will be issued by approx. 2 pm on the day of arrival, unless you have ordered an early check-in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Lovely little spot! Ideal for stays without children or if you need sleep!
Pros:

It was clean and very comfortable - parking was 2 minutes away.

Cons:

My own fault but I didn’t realise it was next to a nightclub that was playing music till 3am

Apartment was ok but too loud to actually sleep
Pros:

The apartment was number 10. Two bedroom sleeps 7 on the top floor (floor 2) there was a lift but stairs not an issue. The apartment was huge with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and a living/dining area. Small kitchenette.

Cons:

The apartment was done out nicely but a bit scruffy around the edges. Sofa looked old and tired, plug didn’t fit the bath. Some windows didn’t open some didn’t close properly. The noise from the surrounding area (apartments are in same building as a nightclub and bars) was heard until maybe 4am. This should definitely be made clear in the description.

Pros:

Staff were so helpful and offered a complimentary upgrade to save us moving apartments, as we booked an extra nigh after our initial reservation. The Penthouse was amazing!
They were prompt at getting back to us whenever we messaged.

Really good location and good value for money.

Cons:

Floors were not clean and should have been mopped. One of our beds was patched up fixed and when I sat on the bed it sunk. Which resulted in a not so comfortable night's sleep.
