Important information:

1. All our EPIC Properties are unmanned; we do not have a face-to-face check-in.

2. EPIC Apart Hotels do not permit nonresident visitors after the hours of 10 pm-8 am.

3. Early check-ins and Late check-outs may be available for an additional charge but cannot be guaranteed.

4. You will be required to give us your email address to complete the online check-in form.

5. We operate from a self-check-in model - you will be required to fill in an online check-in form, which you will receive via email once we have your email address. You will be required to upload official government ID and also a credit or debit card for the security deposit.

6. The Security deposit is 50% of the value of your reservation, with the lowest amount being £50.

7. Proof of Age: The lead guest must be at least 18 years of age as per the terms and conditions accepted at the time of booking.

8. Access codes and instructions will only be issued once the above is complete. They will be issued by approx. 2 pm on the day of arrival, unless you have ordered an early check-in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Great location , clean and well equipped
Pros:

Location was perfect , main bed was very comfortable . . The apartment was very clean and well equipped. No noise :) Apart from the couple of small negatives we had a great 2 night stay at the Epic and would book again at the right price . Tea coffee milk and sugar are supplied , also Iron ironing board and hairdryer .

Cons:

The sofa bed was awful , very uncomfortable the mattress was very thin so we could feel the frame underneath. The lighting in the room was very bad . Also we could not get in the main door with the key code . Luckily we got a number for the main door from another guest that was staying for the weekend .

Leuk voor feestvierders; niet als je wat meer rust zoekt.
Pros:

Badkamer. Centrale ligging in de stad.

Cons:

Ondanks dat de badkamer e.d. schoon was, kwam de bank en vloer niet schoon over. Was wat groezelig.
In het weekend verandert de buurt in een uitgaansplek voor vrijgezellenfeesten, dus veel rumoer. Ook in het appartementencomplex kunnen grote groepen intrekken. Boek dus een ander hotel als je hier niet van houdt. Ik zou dit daarom niet meer boeken.

Would recommend really good for the price
Pros:

Perfect location, big enough apartment. perfect for a quick stay

Cons:

The temperature of the room was set at 30° and the aircon turns off at midnight, so woke up sweating. There’s no front desk so no one to speak to, also the tap water doesn’t go cold so had to buy bottled water.

Is was passable for a quick one night stay no longer than that

Contact with epic team very easy always someone to answer the phone very rare these days all the entry details were easy and straightforward the apartment is in a very good location

Great accommodation and location if you can handle the constant noise through the night.
Pros:

Nice comfortable and roomy apartment in an excellent central location.

Cons:

The noise from other young male guests on our floor in the middle of the night and the early hours. Banging on doors and shouting over and over. I appreciate that it's a party street and it was the day of the Grand National but we won't be returning to Epic for this reason.

We all had a good time and would stay again
Pros:

It was clean , comfy , spacious and in a very good location

Cons:

Some communication between staff although when speaking to staff on phone they were very friendly and helpful

A good space but the check in time and lack of storage let it down.
Pros:

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Good location for the M&S Bank Arena. The shower was great! The communication before the stay was also great. Standar checkout at 11am was nice.

Cons:

Check in at 3pm is crazy late in the day to be considered an overnight stay especially when there’s nowhere to store luggage before you can get into the room. It’s located around quite a few bars which you could hear until about 1am. Couldn’t get Netflix to work.

Pros:

Great apartment, good size, comfy beds. Good location and price.

Cons:

The music from the club next door was very loud until 4am so we struggled to sleep when we got in. We were on the ground floor.
