Important information:

1. All our EPIC Properties are unmanned; we do not have a face-to-face check-in.

2. EPIC Apart Hotels do not permit nonresident visitors after the hours of 10 pm-8 am.

3. Early check-ins and Late check-outs may be available for an additional charge but cannot be guaranteed.

4. You will be required to give us your email address to complete the online check-in form.

5. We operate from a self-check-in model - you will be required to fill in an online check-in form, which you will receive via email once we have your email address. You will be required to upload official government ID and also a credit or debit card for the security deposit.

6. The Security deposit is 50% of the value of your reservation, with the lowest amount being £50.

7. Proof of Age: The lead guest must be at least 18 years of age as per the terms and conditions accepted at the time of booking.

8. Access codes and instructions will only be issued once the above is complete. They will be issued by approx. 2 pm on the day of arrival, unless you have ordered an early check-in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

La chambre offre des lits très confortables, par contre le canapé lit dans la salle était inconfortable

Is was passable for a quick one night stay no longer than that
Pros:

Contact with epic team very easy always someone to answer the phone very rare these days all the entry details were easy and straightforward the apartment is in a very good location

Cons:

The apartment is very tired needs brightening up lack of Natural light doesn’t help but that’s just the building layout

There was a family with kids screaming and banging most of the night, No bedroom tv, couldn’t work the radiator and WiFi only stays connected for 10mins then disconnects also

Great accommodation and location if you can handle the constant noise through the night.
Pros:

Nice comfortable and roomy apartment in an excellent central location.

Cons:

The noise from other young male guests on our floor in the middle of the night and the early hours. Banging on doors and shouting over and over. I appreciate that it's a party street and it was the day of the Grand National but we won't be returning to Epic for this reason.

We all had a good time and would stay again

It was clean , comfy , spacious and in a very good location

A good space but the check in time and lack of storage let it down.
Pros:

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Good location for the M&S Bank Arena. The shower was great! The communication before the stay was also great. Standar checkout at 11am was nice.

Cons:

Check in at 3pm is crazy late in the day to be considered an overnight stay especially when there’s nowhere to store luggage before you can get into the room. It’s located around quite a few bars which you could hear until about 1am. Couldn’t get Netflix to work.

Apartamento acogedor para tres familias, muy bien ubicado y cerca del centro de Liverpool. Sin querer nos dejamos las llaves dentro y cuando volvimos por la noche vino una chica muy amable para que pudiéramos
entrar al apartamento

Lo único que no nos gustó fue el ruido múltiple de todas las noches, de las fiestas de las discotecas que pegan al apartamento.
