1. All our EPIC Properties are unmanned; we do not have a face-to-face check-in.
2. EPIC Apart Hotels do not permit nonresident visitors after the hours of 10 pm-8 am.
3. Early check-ins and Late check-outs may be available for an additional charge but cannot be guaranteed.
4. You will be required to give us your email address to complete the online check-in form.
5. We operate from a self-check-in model - you will be required to fill in an online check-in form, which you will receive via email once we have your email address. You will be required to upload official government ID and also a credit or debit card for the security deposit.
6. The Security deposit is 50% of the value of your reservation, with the lowest amount being £50.
7. Proof of Age: The lead guest must be at least 18 years of age as per the terms and conditions accepted at the time of booking.
8. Access codes and instructions will only be issued once the above is complete. They will be issued by approx. 2 pm on the day of arrival, unless you have ordered an early check-in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Good location to where we were going out, tea bags, coffee and milk sachets provided, as well as shower gel.
This was for a hen doo and we purposely paid extra for an early check in to decorate the room quickly before the bride arrived. Instead the bride arrived to cleaners still cleaning and hoovers going round, as they hadn't had the heads up about the early check in. They were also eating strawberries whilst working which they left in the apartment after. This apartment is also right by a nightclub and loud music and vibrations can be heard in the apartment til 3am - might be worth warning people if they want to sleep before 3am. One of the rooms (the 2 king size beds with ensuite one) had 2 strips as curtains (if you can even call them that), so all the light came in and we were awake early at 7am too. The sofa bed didn't have the right bedding or a sheet, however this was provided when asked. There was a rotting dishwasher that was brown and smelt like someone had died in there.

Had no sleep due to police cars blue light up and down the street , lads staying up all night next door , they spent all night coming and going would not recommend staying here to noisy, studio cold shower in the morning, bathroom soaking wet after using shower , creaky bed

Location was perfect , main bed was very comfortable . . The apartment was very clean and well equipped. No noise :) Apart from the couple of small negatives we had a great 2 night stay at the Epic and would book again at the right price . Tea coffee milk and sugar are supplied , also Iron ironing board and hairdryer .
The sofa bed was awful , very uncomfortable the mattress was very thin so we could feel the frame underneath. The lighting in the room was very bad . Also we could not get in the main door with the key code . Luckily we got a number for the main door from another guest that was staying for the weekend .

Badkamer. Centrale ligging in de stad.
Ondanks dat de badkamer e.d. schoon was, kwam de bank en vloer niet schoon over. Was wat groezelig.
In het weekend verandert de buurt in een uitgaansplek voor vrijgezellenfeesten, dus veel rumoer. Ook in het appartementencomplex kunnen grote groepen intrekken. Boek dus een ander hotel als je hier niet van houdt. Ik zou dit daarom niet meer boeken.
Perfect location, big enough apartment. perfect for a quick stay
The temperature of the room was set at 30° and the aircon turns off at midnight, so woke up sweating. There’s no front desk so no one to speak to, also the tap water doesn’t go cold so had to buy bottled water.
