Important information:

1. All our EPIC Properties are unmanned; we do not have a face-to-face check-in.

2. EPIC Apart Hotels do not permit nonresident visitors after the hours of 10 pm-8 am.

3. Early check-ins and Late check-outs may be available for an additional charge but cannot be guaranteed.

4. You will be required to give us your email address to complete the online check-in form.

5. We operate from a self-check-in model - you will be required to fill in an online check-in form, which you will receive via email once we have your email address. You will be required to upload official government ID and also a credit or debit card for the security deposit.

6. The Security deposit is 50% of the value of your reservation, with the lowest amount being £50.

7. Proof of Age: The lead guest must be at least 18 years of age as per the terms and conditions accepted at the time of booking.

8. Access codes and instructions will only be issued once the above is complete. They will be issued by approx. 2 pm on the day of arrival, unless you have ordered an early check-in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Pros:

Spacious

Cons:

Curtains were hanging off so we’re unable to be closed meaning street lights were shining through all night.

Ok, but need to do better on communication especially when it come to access.
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

Had to call multiple times to get a code to enter the building. If we were not tech savy this would have been a disaster. Strong smell of weed in the building also.

Fantastic apartment
Pros:

Fantastic apartment . Location fantastic . Tea coffee and milk in apartment was a bonus. Everything you need , even a dish washer . Room clean. . Tv romote was missing rang the number and within 10 mins a lasy came to check. Would definitely stay here again. Yes there is music you can hear. But your next to a pub and pubs close by. We just put ear plugs in and was fine.

Cons:

Pull out bed not comfy. So just slept on settee which was. . Also lighting not good if your putting makeup on. Bit dim .

Pros:

Location is perfect and unreal value for money

Cons:

Probably couldn't be helped and part of staying in these types of facilities but the Guests in the room next door were very loud. The noise from every move of a chair etc from the room upstairs came through the ceiling.

Had a nice 2 nights stay
Pros:

It was large, plenty of space, everything you need for self catering holiday. Good area and very quiet

Cons:

No usb ports had to buy a plug. Found the shower very slippery

It was great location, would book again, facilities were beyond my expectation.
Pros:

Location, roomy and spacious just perfect for our family

Cons:

No real complaints, but disappointed that extra checkout only gave 1 hour as normally you would get a minimum of 2 in my experience of hotel stays.

Enjoyed our stay, particularly for location and security.
Pros:

Location excellent, numerous restaurants and pubs in area. Close to Liverpool Central for trains. Great pedestrian streets in area with shopping. Two great and new bathrooms, both bedrooms were large and main room was spacious for dining, relaxing, and kitchen area.

Cons:

Several windows could not be fully closed so you heard some street noise late.

Nice place in a very good location with plenty of space in the apartment
Pros:

Great location and very spacious. Beds were really comfortable

Little decoration required, hole in the living room wall and the bathroom needed a good going over. Shower head and was grubby
