Important information:

1. All our EPIC Properties are unmanned; we do not have a face-to-face check-in.

2. EPIC Apart Hotels do not permit nonresident visitors after the hours of 10 pm-8 am.

3. Early check-ins and Late check-outs may be available for an additional charge but cannot be guaranteed.

4. You will be required to give us your email address to complete the online check-in form.

5. We operate from a self-check-in model - you will be required to fill in an online check-in form, which you will receive via email once we have your email address. You will be required to upload official government ID and also a credit or debit card for the security deposit.

6. The Security deposit is 50% of the value of your reservation, with the lowest amount being £50.

7. Proof of Age: The lead guest must be at least 18 years of age as per the terms and conditions accepted at the time of booking.

8. Access codes and instructions will only be issued once the above is complete. They will be issued by approx. 2 pm on the day of arrival, unless you have ordered an early check-in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Pros:

Great location, great spacious rooms.. something wrong with the keycard for the door and was fixed very swiftly

Cons:

Only small downside is not being able to open a window for ventilation, but there is air-conditioning so not really needed on the other hand..
I think for soundproofing they put in 2 window frames

Satisfactory but would not recommend unless you were there for clubbing and did not need to sleep.
Pros:

Quick and easy for us to find
Excellent shower

Cons:

Hallways smelt unclean and musty
Very dim lighting made it hard to see inside the apartment
Sofa bed very uncomfortable
Kitchen poorly equipped - for example, no toaster, no wine glasses etc
Very noisy during the night despite quiet hours rules
The night clubs nearby were very noisy with no let up
Room badly decorated- when you look up to the ceilings it then makes sense why the lights are so dim!

Apartamento limpio y confortable céntrico en Liverpool.
Pros:

Estaba localizado muy cerca de zona de ambiente y a unos pasos de zona comercial. El edificio se ve bastante nuevo y espacioso. Cocina y baño muy bien,

Cons:

Estuvimos en invierno y hay humedad en las paredes que dan al exterior, se notaba mucha humedad y frío en esa zona. Cuando estuvimos las luces del salón no funcionaban, tampoco fue muy problemático. Y tuvimos la mala fortuna de que los vecinos estaban haciendo una fiesta durante toda la noche así que no pudimos descansar por el nivel de ruido.

Bath didn’t have a plug and the drain was rusty, lighting was poor only 2 small windows an lights not bright enough to light the whole room

Lovely little spot! Ideal for stays without children or if you need sleep!

It was clean and very comfortable - parking was 2 minutes away.

Cons:

My own fault but I didn’t realise it was next to a nightclub that was playing music till 3am
