1. All our EPIC Properties are unmanned; we do not have a face-to-face check-in.
2. EPIC Apart Hotels do not permit nonresident visitors after the hours of 10 pm-8 am.
3. Early check-ins and Late check-outs may be available for an additional charge but cannot be guaranteed.
4. You will be required to give us your email address to complete the online check-in form.
5. We operate from a self-check-in model - you will be required to fill in an online check-in form, which you will receive via email once we have your email address. You will be required to upload official government ID and also a credit or debit card for the security deposit.
6. The Security deposit is 50% of the value of your reservation, with the lowest amount being £50.
7. Proof of Age: The lead guest must be at least 18 years of age as per the terms and conditions accepted at the time of booking.
8. Access codes and instructions will only be issued once the above is complete. They will be issued by approx. 2 pm on the day of arrival, unless you have ordered an early check-in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Marks over the walls , only two forks in an apartment that sleeps 4. Rubbish in bottom of wardrobe, exit door to apartment wouldn’t open twice

We were upgraded to the penthouse which was absolutely amazing and an absolute game changer for the whole stay, so thank you!
The rooms are massive (two floors), it’s a crazy central location, the beds are comfy, there are en suites in every room!! The apartment itself is amazing.
There are a couple of things that don’t work in the penthouse: - the built in bluetooth speakers across the ceilings, the jets in the bath, the fan provided in one bedroom (it worked but not well- all fans given were very very dusty), the air conditioning unit outside two of the bedrooms, the cold taps, the wifi!!
It also wasn’t necessarily the cleanest- there’s build up of limescale/dirt round some of the taps, which made them not great to drink out of or wash with. A lot of the wallpaper was peeling off, and the carpet wasn’t very clean at all.
There’s no clear fire exit / emergency exit in the penthouse - including windows that don’t open and a door leading to a roof that also doesn’t open. This was a bit of a concern - if there was a fire in the lower half of the suite then the guests upstairs have no escape, not even windows.
There was also no cold water at all. Yes, the taps work and can run cold, but for a maximum 10 seconds before going back warm. All water had to be filled up in jugs and kept in the fridge which wasn’t ideal.
The wifi also didn’t work on second floor of penthouse, and there was only one toilet roll per en suite, very very small amount of washing up liquid, 2 washing up tablets and maybe 3 bin bags. Unfortunately, for 4 of us this wasn’t enough for two full days, especially when there’s a kitchen to be eaten in. There’s also no cleaning products - so it was impossible to wipe down tops etc which might not be ideal for families with small kids.
Central location, air con, spacious living area, nice bathroom and en suite. Good value for money.
Description said coffee machine and there wasnt one, for that reason we wouldve brought coffee with us. Kitchen area very small - if were staying longer and wanted to cook meals - definitely not bog enough for that or enough equipment etc.
Windows wouldnt close.
No idea, we weren’t able to stay because we didn’t receive an access code to the building.
Everything. We weren’t sent an access code for the building so couldn’t get in. Had to find and pay for another property on the day. Epics phones went unanswered, and no reply from their chat or from emails. A joke and a scam.
Confortable. Quit. Good location.
There was a nasty stain on the sofa bed mattress. It needs changing.
My family and I enjoyed the property. I would always recommend it to people.
Clean and tidy
When I arrived the code to open my room didn’t work. I had to wait 20 minutes for staff to come let us in. When we got into the room the cooker hood had fallen of the wall.

Not thing
It was in a fantastic location couldn't of been better my sister flew from Dublin and the connection from there to apartment was brilliant, we are already thinking of booking again it was that good thankypu Epic apartment for an absolutely EPIC stay

Staff were friendly and the location was very good - rude was clean and nicely decorated
Our code for the door didn't work - a staff member said they would re-set it - we tried to get back in at 11:30pm at night and it still wouldn't work, we were left to sit on the doorstep until another guest eventually let us in. We had no bathroom towels on check in had to go ask a maid on the floor for some - the sink plug was stuck in so we had to clean our teeth in the kitchen sink - the toilet was very hard to flush - the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and thin
