L’accueil de la jeune Islem et du jeune Younes (je ne suis pas certaine des prénoms) a également été décevant. J’arrivais avec un enfant de deux ans et ils ne se sont montrés ni accueillants ni empathiques, me laissant simplement attendre sur un fauteuil à la réception.

Pourtant, d’autres employés m’avaient indiqué qu’il serait possible d’obtenir la chambre avant l’heure officielle d’enregistrement (15 h). Ils m’ont même conseillé d’aller prendre le petit-déjeuner en attendant que la carte de la chambre soit prête. J’ai donc payé le buffet du petit-déjeuner, alors que je n’ai consommé qu’un café et deux viennoiseries. J’ai eu le sentiment que cela n’était qu’un moyen de me faire payer le buffet.

De retour à la réception, j’ai de nouveau attendu près de deux heures, sans qu’aucune information ne me soit donnée. Il aurait été préférable de me dire tout simplement que la chambre ne serait pas disponible avant 15 h, plutôt que de me faire patienter inutilement. J’aurais ainsi pu emmener mon fils profiter de la piscine plus tôt. C’est finalement ce que j’ai fini par faire, ma patience ayant atteint ses limites au vu de la fatigue.

J’ai également trouvé dommage qu’à notre arrivée, aucune explication ne soit donnée concernant les activités proposées par l’hôtel, les animations, les horaires ou encore les différents services disponibles. Personne ne prend le temps de présenter les bons plans ou de guider les clients, ce qui est regrettable pour un établissement de cette catégorie.

Concernant la restauration, les repas sont corrects, sans être extraordinaires. En revanche, les pizzas sont délicieuses et le personnel du restaurant est vraiment au top : souriant, professionnel et attentionné. Bravo à eux, ils rattrapent largement la mauvaise impression laissée par l’accueil.

L'hôtel est bien, les infrastructures aussi.

Cons:

Nous n'avons peut être pas eu de chance avec notre chambre, un flexible de douche qui fuit au point d'inonder la salle de bain à chaque douche, et une seule prise électrique qui fonctionnait... La réception à été mise au courant, devait faire intervenir un agent... Nous saluons tout de même l'accès au jaccuzi de l'hôtel en guise de dédommagement.

The show guys “repaired” all that the others destroyed. They are amazing !

The party crew was amazing, they has very nice entertaining shows, we had a great time with them. They get ur mood back up after the staff at the hotel takes it up. The big pool is nice and pleasant water, the ones from the water park are cold as ice and had some strange smell. The breakfast is ok ; same things everyday, we only ate their pita and boiled eggs since the omlette had a strage smell. If you come through booking , whatever thing you might need nobody from the reception will help you ( not in even for an iron) you need to wait for the girl from reservations. She is amazing and she tries to help always, but if she s not there..

After 7 days of constantly calling and sending messages through booking and asking for a party surprise and a pick up from the airport ( obviously i was paying for that), after we landed we were informed that they don t offer pick up service. The room was not decorated as requested even though it was confirmed but the girl from reservations organized a little party with a cake. Again, lots of upside downs that were solved almost all but if you re an easy to be stressed person your vacation will be ruined. The fridge is almost not functional, more like a heater. It took the reception 2 days to send a plumber till thebl girl from reservations came and sent one , we had only cold water. Imagine washing a 6 yo child.. the location is not quite 250m from menara mall..
