Pros:

Très bel hôtel bien situé. Très propre. Le personnel est agréable sauf une personne qui se force mais on ne peut pas plaire à tout le monde. Le petit dej est bon.

Cons:

Malheureusement malgré l’aide du technicien la clim n’a pas fonctionné correctement, mais il a fait son maximum. Les nuits ont été très chaudes sans clim bruyantes malgré les fenêtres fermées cotes rue. la porte de notre chambre donnait en face des escaliers donc a chaque passage la porte claquait la nuit.
Les tajines proposés au petit dej pourraient être changés 1 jour sur 2.
Pour les réservations hôtel + petit dej vous devriez demander une avance de 300 dirhams par exemple pour prendre des boissons au bar la journée car tout devait être payé en espèces et je n’en avait pas c dommage. Et si la conso de 300 dirhams n’est pas ou peu utilisée vous rendez la monnaie.

Overall shockingly Disappointing Service that lets down a reasonably decent hotel in quite a good area- its such a shame
Pros:

Reception was nice and outdoor pool it was great that it was separate from aqua park pool. A couple of restaurant staff were nice and went out of their way for us. Also a couple of bar staff were pleasant. Cleaners were efficient and room was cleaned daily with no fuss. Animation team were all
lovely they clearly enjoyed their job. They worked very hard to make stay enjoyable.

Cons:

Dinning room busy and disorganised. Long queues for freshly cooked items. Some staff helpful but most disinterested and had no interest in making stay enjoyable. Reception staff were awful- Anos on reception particularly and blatantly unhelpful he was asked for help on a number of occasions and did nothing and openly didn’t care - often staff were just chatting to colleagues and ignoring people waiting.

The staff is disappointing, they speak their language to the customers, Ahmed at the reception is very rude and speaks superiorly as are the guys at the bar from whom I asked for a bottle of water at 11:05 p.m. for the child and they made me pay for it even though I had All Inclusive and they spoke very badly to me, everything is old and dirty and the staff is deplorable

Very disappointed.
Pros:

Fully: nothing
Partially: water slides when they were open
.they turn the water off around 1pm

Cons:

1. Service. Booked a room.with pool view. They gave city view. Rang reception and was told back by a brute to come tomorrow. I was only there for three nights. So went down to reception. Same brute said will give a poolview but no balcony. Had to insist booking was for pool view with balcony so he gave it.
2. They don't replace towels in the room
3. Water floods out of shower into rest of bathroom.and then out into the room. Very poor workmanship.
4. Beds were not.comfortable.
5. Decor dated
6. No tea or coffee facilities in room. No water for guests.

Overall this is not a 4 star. I'd struggle to say it's three star.
