Pros:

Location is great only few steps from the train station and most attractions.

Cons:

The room was smelly, also the windows were above the pool the dj was very loud . We felt like we spent the night a club bathroom

Pros:

Muy buenas habitaciones, buenas instalaciones. Y amabilidad del personal. Buen aparcamiento, bien situado en la ciudad.

Cons:

No tenian preparadas las tarjetas de acceso a las habitaciones, y algunas habitaciones no estaba limpias, o estaban ocupadas.

Pros:

Personnel très accueillant, poli et souriant. J’ai reçu avant mon arrivé un msg de l'hôtel sur whatsapp, a contacter en cas de besoin, ce qui est sympa en cas de pépin. J’avais une formule petit déj, au top. Une animation sur place sympa. Vous avez une premiere piscine "adulte" puis une seconde au fond pour "enfant". Un parc jeux pour enfants. Un parking extérieur accessible facilement. Je recommande.

Hotel super bien situé, pas besoin de taxi tout est faisable a pied (place a 20min, Gueliz/Hivernage 5min, jardin majorelle 30min, gare 2min, menaramall 5min,....)
Hotel propre et agréable. Parc aquatique sympa pour les enfants.

Cons:

Le spa... c'est une véritable déception. Un rdv annulé (quelqu'un s'est fait passer pour nous). Et un rdv ou les dames n'étaient vraiment pas agréable. + de temps sur le portable que dans la relation clientèle.
Pas de table de massage on sort de la avec le coup cassé...
