Personnel au restaurant très agréable, à l’accueil, ils font moins avenants..

Cons:

Le restaurant italien et marocain ne sont pas terribles.. l’italien, attente très longue et cuisine pas top, j’ai pris des pâtes aux fruits de mer et il n’y avait rien à part de minuscules crevettes et des encornets pas tout à fait cuit et le marocain, personnel très agréable mais nous avons regretté de ne pas avoir le choix de nos plats

Sijainti oli erinomainen. Meillä oli All Inclusive ja kaikki tarjottu ruoka oli erittäin hyvää. Vesipuisto oli pienehkö, mutta oikein kiva. Kiva, että altaita oli useampia hotellin alueella.

All Inclusive war nicht gleich All Inclusive! Sehr oft hieß es: „We don’t have beer anymore“, und das schon nach zwei oder drei Runden. Der Alkohol war zu 100 % mit Wasser verdünnt. Es kann nicht sein, dass man 10–20 Drinks nimmt und praktisch nichts spürt.

Das Essen war sehr knapp und immer dasselbe Zeug. Ich wurde sogar dumm angemacht, weil ich ein zweites Mal Essen holen wollte. Einmal musste ich (nicht übertrieben) 20 Minuten anstehen, um ein oder zwei Stück Pizza zu bekommen.

Niemand konnte richtig Englisch. Der Spa-Bereich ist ein Witz. Er gehört übrigens nicht zum Hotel (All Inclusive), genauso wenig wie das Fitnessstudio – für das Gym muss man extra bezahlen. Auch die Massage, die ich gebucht habe, war nicht anders, als würde jemand einfach nur Öl auf mich reiben (weil sie die falsche Massage gebucht haben – Relaxing statt Sportmassage). Am Schluss wollten sie sogar, dass ich für die teurere Sportmassage bezahle.

Die angegebenen Zeiten sind nur Empfehlungen – 14:00 Uhr heißt eigentlich 14:30 Uhr.

Und jetzt bin ich zu Hause und habe schon seit fünf Tagen Durchfall. Ich bin mir zu 100 % sicher, dass das von dem Essen kommt, das ich dort hatte. Unglaublich!
