Will most likely be coming to stay again the next chance I can get to Vancouver

I mean it’s just an older property in general with no renovations in the standard suites. So nothing I didn’t like just something anyone staying here needs to be aware of.

Looks like a Family run business. Family members at Reception are rude, not helpful. Overall Very dirty. Towels and bed sheets are dirty. Doona was so dirty it had dust on it. Toilets do not flush. Smelly room. Will not return again

Ich komme gern wieder zurück!
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage ( viele Kleine Restaurants und Bars, . Lärm nur bis 23h und Geschäfte…) , wunderbare Aussicht , da man vom Apartment sowohl zum Meer ( English Bay) und zur Stadt mit Bergen im Hintergrund blickt ( 4. Stock).
Sehr nett ist auch der Gratis Café, Tee, Kakaobereich in der Lobby! Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter*innen - Danke !

Cons:

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln !

Leider nicht so wie auf den Bildern.

Die Lage ist natürlich grandios. Außerdem hatten wir ein Zimmer mit Küche, die war wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Also leider ist die Unterkunft gar nicht so wie auf den Bildern. Wenn man aus dem Aufzug rauskommt riecht man direkt das es super gut nach Orange, einem Raumduft riecht, gleichzeitig weiß man aber auch, das man wahrscheinlich etwas übertünchen möchte, weil der Geruch extrem stark war. Unser Zimmer war nicht wirklich gut sauber, es war dunkel, die Klimaanlage super laut. Ich hab mich einfach nicht wohlgefühlt. Hier haben wir wirklich nur Geld für die Lage bezahlt, leider kommt auch noch Parkplatzgebühren zusätzlich oben drauf.

A+ for location and family room size
Pros:

The room was slightly dated but had everything that we needed. it was spacious, well equipped, very comfy beds and air con and fans. It had very good coffee in the room. The staff were on hand and very helpful. The location was fabulous, couldn't have been happier, we felt safe always returning to the room whatever the time. Lots of great choices to eat round the hotel. The size of the room for two adults and three teenagers was perfect, unlike some places we have stayed before.

Cons:

The wifi could have been better.

Great choice if you like the beach and Stanley Park
Pros:

We were traveling with 4 adults and 1 child so we loved the size of the room, which is very spacious and looked like it was recently renovated. We also particularly liked the location as it has lots of restaurants next to the hotel and within the vicinity. As we have pre-planned to do walks in and around Stanley Park, the proximity of the hotel is a deciding factor for us.

We also loved the coffee/tea facilities at the lobby which is always available. While we can also make it in our room, the one at the lobby is convenient at the end of the day when tired from a day's activity.

Cons:

As the hotel is literally next to restaurants, the entrance to the lobby sometimes invite flies so it was underwhelming when we encountered this during check-in; the experience quickly changed when we reached our room (see comments on what we liked).
The check-in area is also small and can be cramped when going in and out of the entrance.

Pros:

Clean and quiet. Nightlife in area seemed rough but just could have been the very late night when we arrived. They recommended breakfast at The Red Umbrella this has been the best tip in years. Diversion of cultures in the area was interesting. For the price was a good value

Cons:

Older building with patch type repair. No real complaints.
