Affordable, great staff, room temp was hard to keep comfortable. It was too hot.

l'amménagement avec tables chaises, rangement, c'était pratique.

Cons:

la cuisine avec des machines un peu vieilles
robinet qui fuit dans la cuisine
Le disjoncteur qui saute quand on branche le micro-ondes et le grille pain.
le simple vitrage des fenêtres.
Le parking étroit et en supplément à l'enregistrement.... 25 dollars qui n'étaient pas prévus !

Great stay, would recommend
Pros:

You could not ask for a better location, friendlier staff, or bigger rooms. While this hotel looks rundown from the outside it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were so impressed with how big our room was, including a kitchen and bathroom, and an additional room we used for drying wet clothes after being outside. The staff were helpful in allowing us to exchange coins for the laundry. The bed was comfortable, the room warm (even in March), and great food places all around you if you don't want to cook. I don't know if there were many people staying here at the same time but it was quiet inside the building and couldn't hear people in adjoining rooms.

This is an old, dated hotel but they were actively renovating rooms while we were there so there's definitely improvements being done

Cons:

This is an old hotel, so come expecting that. I booked this place so I knew what to expect but I think my partner was a bit disappointed when we arrived. The hallways were dark and there was a strong lingering smell of cleaning products. However I would say the quality of our room at the price we paid made up for it.
The location is right on the road so there's traffic noise but it didn't bother us. We stayed 5 nights and 3 of the nights were peaceful and quiet. However one night, from about 1am-4am there was some sort of loud party going on outside. And then the next night the restaurant below started constructing a new fenced seating area at midnight. These things didn't bother us but if you're a light sleeper, bare in mind the rooms are single glazed so you can hear everything outside (though not much from inside the building)

Comparatively low cost and value added option. Better if the cost is more cheaper.
Pros:

Very close to the water front. Clean room, friendly staffs, has basement paid carpark lots.

Cons:

Not related to the facility owner. As the location at downtown, the road is narrow and high traffic.

Absolutely great budget hotel, with all the essentials met! Very clean, comfortable and superb location. We’ve stayed

Okay, so it might be a tad old and dated, it is excellent value with large rooms and a kitchen!

This is a great place to stay. Location is excellent with walking distance to Robson St and many attractions. It is exceptionally clean and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, hay muchos restaurantes, super y farmacias a pocos pasos. La habitación y la cocina son muy amplias y bien equipadas. El personal fue amable con las dudas que tuvimos. Lo volveríamos a reservar.

La limpieza podría mejorar un poco, no nos quedó claro los horarios o la frecuencia en que se realizaría.

先前係BOOKING.COM見人地討論,話間HOTEL間野好舊D野好舊,入住前其實都有心理準備.

去到現場,外觀真係有D舊,而房裡面,所謂舊應該係指D傢俱,特別係果隻深櫸木色既傢俱,其實果D係好有歷史既傢俱.如果你想體驗一下40年前香港民居既傢俱,窗戶設計,依間酒店係好值得去住.

除左依樣野外,間房仲有微波爐,煮食爐,餐具...所以一切對我來講,係一個好既體驗.

Cons:

係要我挑一樣野,就係床太軟,同埋房間燈光唔係好足夠.
