Great place, pity for the staff.
Pros:

Great location, wild animals in the surroundings

Cons:

Staff was totally not-engaged, felt more like we were bothering them when we checked-in/checked-out and when we popped in at reception with few questions.

Pros:

Perfect location - few nice restaurants and cafes nearby, shuttle bus stop right behind the corner. Nice breakfast restaurant. The room was lovely with a terrace overlooking the pool area. Amazing mountain view. Parking included.

Mooi aan te raden hotel.
Pros:

Goed georganiseerd hotel met alle faciliteiten. Zeer goed ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel. Onbetaalbaar mooi uitzicht vanop je terras zowel op het gelijkvloers als op het eerste verdiep.

Cons:

Zeer slechte isolatie. Onze kamer was op het gelijkvloers en we hoorden alle bewegingen van onze boven buren op het eerste verdiep. Niet leuk na een dagje hicken dat je om 6u al word wakker gemaakt door je boven buren die vroeg willen vertrekken. Olifanten waren er niks tegen.

Nice Stay Close to Zion
Pros:

Great location, close to Zion National Park and walking distance to all shops and restaurants.

Room very clean. Great water pressure in the shower. Quiet, could not hear neighbors.

Great views from hotel. Frequent animal friend visitors on property.

Cons:

Parking near the room assigned was difficult if you came back to the room after 8pm.

Pros:

This place is 10/10. Clean, comfy room with a view, great pool. Close to restaurants and the shuttle stop to the visitors center. You get a coupon for breakfast in the restaurant next to it. Would definitly stay there again next time I visit Zion NP.

Great two days and I would absolutely stay there again.
Pros:

The room was comfy and clean with plenty of outlets to recharge my devices. The breakfast at Porters was fast (to get to our hikes early) and tasty. Worth it. Location was fantastic. And the laundry facility was also clean and was great to have. Pool was refreshing.

Cons:

Room was a little cozy and instructions on how to turn on the air conditioning would have helped. Also, the knob to turn on the shower sounded like it was going to break off any moment.

Very nice overall, but annoying plumbing situations
Pros:

Great location! Shuttle stop is right there for getting to Zion or others parts of Springdale. Set back from road, so quiet from that perspective. Nice views. Free breakfast @ Porters is nice. Room was very large and had most things it should.

Cons:

Hot water takes FOREVER! At least in my room. Toilet is very low and therefore very shallow - it was a problem for me and probably most men. A cushioned chair or two by the bed would be nice since there was room. And for the price, I just expected better. But I suppose the cost is all about location!
