Pros:

the breakfasts included at porters were exceptional. the bus shuttle stp is right next to the hotel. enjoyed the goats/turkeys/deer on the property. Who knew turkeys ate carrots? grandkids truly enjoyed the animals.

A good one-night stay but a little more expensive than other comparable hotels on our trip.
Pros:

Very modern and clean hotel in the heart of Springdale - makes use of Porters restaurant next door for breakfast, which was a nice meal.

Cons:

Nothing, although it is quite expensive, but that could be Springdale all over.

Fantastic accommodation in fantastic location!
Pros:

Immaculately clean. Large well appointed room. Great pool. Ala carte breakfast in hotel restaurant. Friendly staff. Ample parking. Excellent location on free shuttle line. Great value. Highly recommend!

Tolle Lage, Zimmer eher eng - Restaurant zum Vergessen.
Pros:

Unser Zimmer war im Vergleich zu allen anderen auf unserer Reise das Kleinste. Allerdings mit einem schönen Balkon im zweiten Stock. Mit Gepäck für eine dreiwöchige Reise wären ein paar QM schon besser. Die Lage direkt an der Bushaltestelle vom Park-shuttle ist auch toll. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren alle durchweg freundlich, super hilfsbereit und professionell.

Cons:

Das doch eher enge Zimmer im zweiten Stock ohne Aufzug ist nicht so toll.
Leider hat das incl Frühstück bei uns gar nicht geklappt. Wir mussten 10 Minuten warten bis unsere Bedienung und dann nochmals 20 Minuten warten bis Kaffee und Essen kam. Leider dann auch noch falsch und vieles vergessen. Da wir den Eindruck hatten, dass mehrere Tische die gleichen Erfahrungen machen sind wir dann auch nicht zum Abendessen dahin gegangen.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt in den Nationalpark
Pros:

Größe des Zimmers und Sauberkeit top! Frühstück im Porters super. Lage zum Eingang in den NP unschlagbar.

Cons:

Räumlichkeiten im Porter könnten etwas größer sein, um längere Wartezeiten beim Frühstück zu vermeiden. Fehlende Sonnenschirme am Pool.
