Zentrale Lage, gutes Frühstück
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, dicht an der U-Bahn Station Münchener Freiheit, Sehr gutes Frühstück à la carte.
Parkplatz in der Garage hinter dem Haus, kostenpflichtig.
Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal.

Cons:

Dusche nicht optimal da die Trennwand zu kurz ist. Wenn man nicht aufpasst wird das Bad geflutet.

Die Lage zum Englischen Garten, U-Bahn Station Münchner Freiheit (super zur Allianz Arena 💜✨️) und Restaurants gleich in direkter Umgebung einschl. McDonalds und Döner-Imbiss ist einmalig gut. Das Frühstück ala Card war auch so köstlich. Mir hat es super gefallen! Wenn mich ein besonderer Show-Act nochmal für ein Wochenende nach München lockt, werde ich definitiv dieses Hotel wieder wählen.

Super Wochenende im schönen München erlebt dazu Konzert in der Allianz Arena

Zuvorkommendes sehr freundliches Personal und schöne Zimmer dazu ideale Umgebung

Cons:

Zunächst etwas warm drinnen erste Nacht, Klimaanlage aber da und Zimmer Wechsel auch möglich

Pros:

I liked that a lot of restaurants/cafe and metro was near.

Cons:

Was very hot and even at dinner time it was still hot.
We thought room would be bigger.
Also there is not enough of light ( if you are doing make up it's a little bit sad).

Don't know why, but when we were going in the WC. After the flush some paper would still come or appear later.
We were on the second floor but it was noisy at nights.

Also in shower hotel should make set up some curtain or have second glass door. Situation is that you are entering room and in bath there is on one half glass and nothing more. Therefore you have to always look where is your shower hand.

Tolle Lage! Schickes Hotel!

Clean, calm and comfy!
Pros:

Breakfast was exceptional, personnel were all very kind and helpful.
Room was very clean, bed very comfortable. Balcony was so cute. Safety box was a nice plus! Bathroom has floor-heating! and very nice decoration.

Cons:

Room was nice but small, nowhere to put my relatively small suitcase except on the floor towards the room door which was not very ideal (I never put it on beds), was blocking my way to the bathroom.
Also there's no AC and if the room gets sunlight directly, it's very warm. And the first day I stayed was quite rainy and gloomy, weather was nice but already humid so next day with all the sun it was not quite optimal, already too warm.

Hotel in Top - Lage, trotzdem ruhig und nicht zu touristisch.
Pros:

Die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, das Frühstück (a la carte) war sehr gut. Gute Parkmöglichkeit, der Hund wurde freundlich aufgenommen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Rückseite, es war super leise, die Lage ist top, mitten im authentischen Teil Schwabings, nahe am Englischen Garten. Komfortable Schrankbereiche im Zimmer, ausreichend Platz, sehr angenehm.

Cons:

In fast allen Bereichen ist die künstliche Beleuchtung deutlich zu dunkel, insbesondere im Badezimmer, aber auch im Zimmer und in den Fluren. Duschen in der Badewanne ist unkomfortabel. An der Stelle hinkt dann auch Preis - Leistung ein bisschen, trotz der Top - Lage.
