Great hotel. amazing location within old quarter- walking distance to many attractions and great food places - also right off the night market on weekends (must visit) staff helpful and friendly and hotel room really clean: also quiet - can’t hear the busy streets outside, would highly recommend

The room was small and dated, the air conditioner stopped working couple times, but they fixed it, which was nice. The hot water in the shower didn’t last very long, just enough time for one person to take a shower . The Wi-Fi was hit and miss. The breakfast were really good, they had a good cook and waitress.
The staff were very nice and helpful with many things, but they seem to wanna overcharge on site seeing tours, so be careful of that!

Nice city hotel , near to shopping area, restaurants n night market. Near the Lake , Water Puppet Show . Within the " Old Quarters"
Clean comfy room, friendly helpful staff and Miss Hana. Good breakfast. Airport transport and the Hotel can arrange tours for you.

In a good atea to explore Hanoi

We had a very enjoyable stay for 5 nights . Our room on the 7th floor was very quiet even though we were overlooking an extremely busy road in the Old Quarter. The location is fantastic for being close to everything.
The staff in reception and breakfast were very helpful and such lovely genuine people. Nothing we asked was any trouble for them to do. We used the laundry service which was fab and came back within the day.
We would be more than happy to stay here again in the solace of Lavender Central and highly recommend it to fellow travellers.

Loved the traditional style of the building; Tall and narrow. Staff were excellent with good English which was helpful as my Vietnamese is terrible. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Breakfast was very good. Lots of good shopping, restaurants and other tourist attractions in the vicinity.

Lavender Central Hotel in Hanoi is a fantastic choice for travelers seeking comfort, convenience and great value in the heart of the Old Quarter. The location is unbeatable, just steps from Hoan Kiem Lake, the Night Market and great restaurants. The rooms are modern, clean and well-equipped with comfortable beds, strong WiFi, AC (including heat for chilly nights), blackout curtains and plenty of hot water. Breakfast offers great options, served by a lovely team. The front desk staff is warm and helpful, especially Jenny, who went above and beyond to assist me both before and during my stay. Having stayed here before and this time visiting solo, I was impressed to find it even better this time. Highly recommended for a hassle-free stay in Hanoi.

On a trip travelling for 5 weeks around SE Asia this was our first stop. 4 nights in The Lavender Central and it set the bar! From the moment we booked until the moment we left the service was exceptional. The staff here are super friendly and really can't do enough for you. When we arrived we were greeted with welcome tea and some information on reccommendations for places to eat and drink. We tried many of these, and were super impressed. We also had help with laundry, documents being printed, transfers and day trips. Nothing was too much. Big thank you in particular to Hana, Kai and Jerry for their super friendly and attentive service.

The bed was extremely comfortable and big which we welcomed after long days of exploring along side the waterfall shower which was always lovely and hot! We were also given clean towels everyday. We stayed in the Deluxe Double at the back of the hotel on floor 4 which was lovely and quiet. The room itself was also a great size.

Breakfast was perfect for us and included in the price with quick friendly service. There is a selection of tea coffee and juices along with fruits, cereal and breads. There is also a selection of breakfast options on the menu which were great.

The location of the hotel was fantasic and in walking distance to all the major points of interest.

There are so many hotels to choose from in Hanoi old town, we looked at many, however we were absolutely delighted with our choice and cannot reccommend it and it's staff enough. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect location in the Old Town with an abundance of food options within 2 minutes. The hotel, I would say, rates as a 4 star international hotel but still with the local touch so you know where you are. Room, bed, bathroom and staff delivered all we could ask for.

Fantastic location in the Old Quarter, Excellent service, able to have a late checkout for a small fee. Good choice for breakfast. Will definitely stay there again.

Excellent hotel in the heart of the old quarter of Hanoi. We coordinated our pickup from the airport with the hotel - super easy - staff are friendly and efficient - rooms are spacious, well maintained, good linen, very clean and good wi-fi (important for business travelers). We didn't use a car - so can't comment on parking.
Breakfast offered at a reasonable price - though there are plenty of local resaturants - we never ate breakfast at the facility.
on site spa - we never used it - so can't comment
overall, great hotel, great location and friendly staff - I would stay here again and recommend to friends and family.
If possible - recommend booking rooms furthest from the street (-08 room on each floor seems to be the furthest)

It's very seldom that I cannot fault a hotel stay but in this case everything was perfect. From the smooth seamless check in process, polite staff all round, great breakfast spread and service, great wifi,  fast lift, spacious comfortable room, spacious bathroom, room amenities, cleanliness, location- it was all perfect. Highly recommended!

Great option for staying in the Old Quarter. Staff was always helpful. Very adequate included breakfast with several options and everything was fresh.

If you want to stay in the Old Quarter of Vietnam, look no further. Lovely little hotel right in the middle of everything but yet very quiet. Everyone was extremely helpful and nice. We were skeptical about what an included breakfast would be here, but it was GREAT! Many choices, fresh, and very accommodating to whatever you wanted. Highly recommend!

We had a LM amazing stay at the Lavender Central. We loved it so much we stayed there again in our return back from Hoi an. The staff are very friendly. Andrea and Hana were super helpful. Breakfast staff ensured we enjoyed our breakfast and had smiles for us all the way.

We loved the location of the Hotel. Very modern and clean. It was very close to all the old quarter tourist attractions. The staff was very nice, kind, and very knowledgeable and helpful. They gave us all a list of all best places and a map of all the attractions that we walked to and visited. Thank you! 🙏
