Pros:

Nice and kind staff. Easy going. Clean. Nice breakfast. I am vegetarian and I was a bit limited but made do. A lot of fish/meat dishes. Skiing: easy free shuttles from the hotel and back. They have cheaper lift tickets for sale at the hotel. Had a nice home cooked meal nearby. The only issue is most of the laundry machines were out of service and the one available took 4 hours and the clothes were still damp. So I would only hope that they fix the laundry.

スキー場に近くて便利
Pros:

スキー場が近く、お座敷の畳で眠れたので
とても、落ち着いて過ごせました。
朝食もおいしくいただきました。
スキー場へのシャトルバスがあり
これも便利でした。
ネットで近くの自然食ランチを見つけ
そこも良かったので、また来たいと思っています。

Breakfasts were fantastic..full Japanese and varied every day. Staff was helpful. Nice indoor and outdoor Onsen. Had a triple room..lots of space for Japan. Hotel a little dated. Good value!

나이든 한 직원을 제외하고 대부분 친절했다.역으로 픽업 나왔을때나 그분이 프론트 응대시에 불친절한 행동과 말투 때문에 불쾌했다.
만약 성격상 문제라면, 서비스업계가 부적절한 직업이고 적어도 고객이 불편함을 갖지 않도록 노력이라도 해야하는게 아닐까?!

和室を利用しましたが思っていたより広く清潔で満足しました。
部屋にも簡易的なユニットバスがついていましたが大浴場を利用したので問題なかったです。
和室のハンガーが取り外しできなかったのが少し不便でした。
施設内の自販機は現金のみだったので電子マネーが使えたら便利だったなぁと思いました。

全体的に大満足のホテルでした。
また利用したいと思います。

Pros:

The hotel rooms are a little bit dated but it was very spacious and comfortable, especially after a long day on the slopes. The Onsen was beautiful with an outside area to watch the snowfall. It’s a convenient location with only 10 minute walk to all the restaurants and the free snow shuttles stop right outside the door.

ツインの部屋で宿泊した際、ベットが大きくてよかったです。でも隣の音が少し気になりました。あと、朝食がボリュームがあり満足しましたが、コーヒーがなかったのが残念です…。
