Pros:

Location and staff were great.
Beds were very comfortable.
Lighting and cooler/fan were great as well.

Cons:

Rooms were a little small for my liking. Bathtub still have hair in it. I didn't like that there wasn't a coffee machine.

We were upgraded without asking. There is cash discount. The room was very clean and spacious. The owner was very helpful and kind. Great value for your money.

A comfortable stay in a convenient location at a reasonable cost.
Pros:

Given how expensive rooms can be in Sedona, I felt that this lodge offered a good value. Our bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The bathroom was a good size and also very clean. There is a viewing deck on the second floor of the main building where you can sit at tables and enjoy a view of the mountains. The hotel managers/owners are very friendly and helpful. Also, the room has central AC controlled by a thermostat, not one of those awful, loud units that sit beneath the window.

Because we chose the least expensive option, our room had no views at all (the window looked out onto a sidewalk between two buildings). Since we were seldom in our room, we didn't mind, but given how beautiful the area is, you might want to spend a bit more for a second-floor room that looks out toward Bell Rock if they have one.

Cons:

The manager warned us that the wifi was spotty, but in our room, which was in the back corner of the original building, there was no wifi at all. When I needed to use it, I walked to the front of the building or sat on a bench outside the main office.

Great affordable spot near Sedona
Pros:

It was an affordable great location. Sedona is expensive and we were very happy to find a nice place in our budget. There were several restaurants within easy walking distance and access to several trailheads as well. They have a great shared access balcony to enjoy the sunsets and stargazing. The clerk was very helpful with information about the area and recommendations.

Cons:

The hallways could be a little noisy but fortunately we had courteous neighbors. We had to unplug the lamp to have a plug for my phone.
