I'll Keep Returning
Pros:

The loacat8on is right next to a hiking trail, the property is clean, and the staff are absolutely wonderful.

Cons:

Some rooms have nicer decor than others...a room's atmosphere can give a great vibe or a not-so-great vibe.

The TV wasn't working, however, they gave me $20 refund for that. Also, the ice machine located at the office was "temporary" not working.

Comfortable stay. Easy to get to.
Pros:

The room was on the ground level, which was great. Nice size room and bathroom. Comfortable and good night's rest.

Cons:

Smelled something "funky" when I first walked in, but then with fan going and door being opened, I didn't smell anything off after a little while. Could have used a little more lighting.

Excellent Facility with a great location.
Pros:

Great location, Great price. Beautiful views of the Sedona landscape. Spacious Room for the price.
Desk Staff was very good and informative.
A+ stay. We would stay again!

Cons:

Nothing was wrong.
Only thing bad was screen door to balcony was damaged.

Pros:

I had the second floor back corner room that had the best view of the mountains. The sunset and sunrise was too beautiful to describe. I had a beautiful warm welcome from the front staff. Friendly staff

Cons:

It was dated. It could use some upgrading in many areas of the room.

The view from our second floor balcony was incredible and it was more than enough room for the two of us. Very close to towns and food and coffee.

This booking has been better then I expected, very cozy, warm and nice place to stay.
Pros:

I loved it all, such an amazing stay everyone was so nice and helpful.

Cons:

I wish they could’ve cleaned my room everyday but it truly wasn’t a huge issue, so long as you call and ask for them to help reset the room they will do it happily

Great staff, parking, cleaning, renting a bike
Pros:

Amazing staff! Great location & renting a bike very close. Also you can start hiking very close to Bell rock pathway trailhead (8min to arrive there).

Excellent accommodation and highly recommended.
Pros:

Spacious and modern suite. Close to the Bell mountain and also restaurants. Still quiet enough at night to sleep well.

Cons:

Not much to dislike. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. The gentleman a bit reserved. The price is pretty steep for a low season stay.
