Pros:

The location and the businesses nearby in walking distance. The views were amazing.

Cons:

There is no elevator and our room was on the 2nd floor which made taking my pet out and accessing our luggage alot of work.

Great stay
Pros:

Great stay for the price. No frills, no free breakfast but clean quiet great location. Friendly staff. I stayed down the block the night before and paid 125.00 more for a night. Will stay here again

- Der Rezeptionist war sehr freundlich
- Zimmereinrichrung modern & alles sauber
- Lage am Stadtrand von Sedona West. Es gibt in der Umgebung zahlreiche Restaurants, Geschäfte etc.
- Preis für Sedona moderat

Cons:

- Im Zimmer fehlt ein Tisch und ein Stuhl, war Abends zum sitzen nicht unbedingt gemütlich
- die Matratze ist extrem weich, so dass man tief einsinkt. Außerdem quietscht das Bett bei jeder Drehung

A comfortable and well-located hotel with excellent staff and great access to nature
Pros:

The staff were excellent: very helpful and genuinely welcoming , and the location is great, right next to Bell Rock with scenic trails just steps away. The bed was comfortable, and the room itself was spacious, well equipped, and had all the necessary facilities for a convenient stay.

Cons:

The main downside was that the room effectively had no real window, except for a small one above the kitchenette, which was not clearly mentioned in the room description. This was disappointing, as the room felt closed off and lacked natural light. Additionally, there was no bath mat provided in the bathroom, which was a small but noticeable inconvenience.

Guter Aufenthalt mit zwei Abzügen
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Besonders positiv ist die gute Lage in der Nähe des Bell Rock – ideal für Ausflüge und Wanderungen. Außerdem standen kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung, was sehr praktisch war.

Cons:

Leider war der Kühlschrank im Zimmer so laut, dass an erholsamen Schlaf kaum zu denken war. Auch die Abwasser- bzw. Spülgeräusche waren deutlich zu hören – selbst wenn Nachbarn geduscht haben, hat man alles mitbekommen. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, dies sollte man bei Buchung unbedingt beachten.
Insgesamt stimmt für mich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht – für den aufgerufenen Preis hätte ich mehr Komfort erwartet.

The loacat8on is right next to a hiking trail, the property is clean, and the staff are absolutely wonderful.

Cons:

Some rooms have nicer decor than others...a room's atmosphere can give a great vibe or a not-so-great vibe.

Comfortable stay. Easy to get to.
Pros:

The room was on the ground level, which was great. Nice size room and bathroom. Comfortable and good night's rest.

Cons:

Smelled something "funky" when I first walked in, but then with fan going and door being opened, I didn't smell anything off after a little while. Could have used a little more lighting.
