早餐很不错，服务人员很有礼貌，我很喜欢这家酒店

Cons:

酒店合作的租车服务很方便，我连续使用还打折了。但问题是，我第一天租的车打不着火，工作人员于是换了一辆；第二辆的问题是车子前面的灯开不开。除此以外，整个服务过程没有任何问题，酒店工作人员很热心，值得推荐

Buena ubicación para estancia corta
Pros:

Elegimos este alojamiento por tener buena puntuación en booking pero la mayoría destacan por la amabilidad del personal la cual si era cierto ya que nos ayudaron mucho, pero las habitaciones dejaban harto que desear.
La piscina era amplia y agradable, la comida del restaurante, desayuno tipo buffet era aceptable.

Cons:

Nuestra habitaciones era oscura, las ventanas estaban pintadas por lo que no entraba luz natural, había un foco del techo malo y una lámpara de velador mala. La ducha del baño tenía solo una dirección la cual la volvía incómoda, la llave para dar el agua era una llave paso.
Ademas ellos nos coordinaron un tour con guía en español y al día siguiente no llegó, nadie nos informó, tuvimos que preguntar y afortunadamente pudieron enviar a otro pero casi 2 horas más tarde.

Teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommene Zimmer, z.B. Fliese gesprungen habe mich am Fuss verletzt.
Dauergedudel beim Restaurant. Täglich die gleiche Musik den ganzen Tag. Etwas mehr Engagement um mehr musikalische Abwechslung zu bieten wäre gefragt.
Lärmende Gäste im Pool zu später Stunde. Nach meiner Beschwerde vom Balkon aus kehrte sofort Ruhe ein. Es ist Aufgabe des Managements, das Hotel so zu führen, dass Gäste nicht von anderen Gästen gestört werden.
Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Ort mit Potential; hier und da könnte nachgebessert werden.

Stay here is all I can say, we stay for 2 weeks and it was just amazing, the most welcoming staff, it has all the amenit
Pros:

10/10 we couldn’t recommend this place enough, the staff were so kind and helpful at every step, the pool was fantastic, the breakfast amazing and it’s in such a great area, you can get everything from laundry, renting a bike, tuk tuk, helping book tours and transportation to other areas, just brilliant.

The first impression when arriving here was how friendly, gentle, and polite the staff were. Thank you for the glass of orange juice — it was delicious.
The room was clean, and the atmosphere was warm and cozy. I really loved the classic style of this place, as well as the thoughtful arrangement of everything in the room.
Siem Reap is a beautiful city, and it feels even more beautiful because of your sincerity and kindness. Thank you very much. I hope I will have the opportunity to come back again someday.
