Pros:

Personale cortese e disponibile. Camera pulita ma molto essenziale.

Cons:

Stanza molto piccola e poco accogliente. Nel bagno solo due asciugamani da doccia e nulla per il viso. Un solo comodino peraltro senza prese della corrente e senza luce da lettura.

Pros:

The reception staff are very friendly and helpful.
The MRT station is very close to the hotel.
The hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants, is a 10 minute walk to Raffles, 5mins to Singapore museum and about 30 mins to Orchard Rd.
The rooms are small but ideal for me as a solo traveller.
The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning effective and the shower was powerful with plenty of hot water.
The shower waste was blocked when I arrived, but this was quickly resolved.
Late check out was a bonus too.

Cons:

There is quite a lot of noise from adjacent rooms and along corridors.
Buffet breakfast is served at the cafe directly next to hotel. Food choices are very limited.

Great hotel, great location Great staff
Pros:

Very central, easy walking distance to most locations , lots of restaurants in the area. Staff very pleasant and helpful. In particular Kellie was very amazingly helpful to first time visitors, and aided with delayed check-out.

wonderful experience
Pros:

Staff were very helpful in resolving our issues and very supportive of our asks. Location was excellent. The team helped us arrange Vegetarian breakfast options for us.

Sehr nettes Personal - vor allem die Putzfrau
Lage direkt an der MRT ist top
Ich durfte das Zimmer bis kurz vorm Flug abends behalten - vielen Dank nochmal!

Cons:

Zimmer im 10 Stock zum Innenhof nicht so schön weil man erstens die Klimaanlage auf dem Dach hört und nur auf eine Häuserwand Blick statt Skyline

Alleine reicht es gut, zu zweit schon sehr wenig Platz

A good low budget hotel that fits the bill for an expensive city.
Pros:

Clean. Close to Bencoolen mrt station. Close to places to eat.

Cons:

Nothing. Rooms are compact but for the price that’s standard.

后面得到保安同志热心帮助解决，因为我们是你们酒店老客户，保安同志认得我们。非常感谢保安同志热心帮助

Cons:

我预定多次，让其他人入住，只要报订单号码等信息办理入住即可。那天已经把一切订酒店信息给你们前台看，还是无法办理，后面再次给你们看信息和解释才给办理。这次这个前台服务差很多👎。让人非常生气。那你们所谓让客户预定意义在哪？
