Great base for a short stay in Singapore - will return.
Pros:

Staff in reception were all excellent - they went above and beyond to help with any queries and to help with luggage and transfers. Location was perfect.

Pros:

Service at the hotel was exceptional. We had a three person room so it was cosy with 6 suitcases but that's to be expected. The hotel staff went way over and above what was expected to make sure our stay was as comfortable as it possibly could be.
We arrived from the airport at around 8am and as our room was ready they offered for us to check in straight away, at no extra charge - so appreciated after our 10 hour flight!
On departure they stored our bags and when we returned in the afternoon we were offered a complimentary room to shower and freshen up in before departing. Totally the best servicevi have ever experienced! Thanks V Hotel Bencoolen; we'll be back.

Very good hotel in a central location
Pros:

Great hotel in an excellent location, central to most must see locations and activities. Right on top of Singapore's great MRT and bus network.
Super friendly and helpful staff.
And a nice swimming pool

Pros:

房房間很乾淨，10樓的房務員May很用心整理，非常感謝他。此外住宿位置距離地鐵站很近，也是我會選擇這裏的理由。

Cons:

雞蛋裡挑骨頭的話就是空間較小，單位面積的價格較高，但跟新加坡的物價相比，其實不是一個問題。

Pros:

Отличный отель по соотношению цена / качество для Сингапура. Очень дружелюбный менеджмент (чек ин проводил Sayyid, позже все без исключения сотрудники были внимательны и готовы помочь, общение на англ.яз), благоприятная обстановка, все вопросы решались моментально, отличная обратная связь на все обращения до заезда по email.
Отмечаю чистоту в номере, удобные кровати, наличие холодильника (не заявлено ранее в описании), хороший вид из окна для номеров с кроватью кинг-сайз, номер с кроватями твин (номер для дочерей) имел заблюренные окна. Кто-то отмечал плохую шумоизоляцию, но мы никого не слышали, нас все устроило! Отель находится в паре метров от входа в метро, фуд-корт также в паре метров: можно позавтракать и поужинать (9:00-21:00) по отличным ценам, расположение отеля хорошее по отношению к ключевым достопримечательностями (многие обошли пешком в первый день, но к концу дня уже тяжеловато). Однозначно рекомендую отель для в Сингапуре!
