두번째 숙박! 역시나 만족

두번째 머무른 숙소!
이번에도 역시나 친절하신 직원분들과 청결한 바닥!!!!
디스펜서로 물 떠서 먹던게 불편했는데 그 사이에 필터된 물이 방마다 연결되서 너무 좋았어요!
싱가폴에 또 간다면 고민없이 무조건 여기!
아침에 체크아웃하려고 나오는데 청소해주시는 직원분을 만났는데 아침부터 너무 기분좋게 인사해주셔서 행복해졌어요
부모님도 그분이 가장 기억에 많이 남는다고 하시더라구요

Excellent stay, great location, friendly staff
Pros:

Easy check-in process, obliging staff, especially Benson who is always very helpful and goes out of his way to assist you.

Cons:

Rooms are a bit compact albeit modern and clean, but then you get what you pay for and the hotel compensates in other ways to make you stay a pleasure.

A centrally located stay with friendly & accommodative staffs.
Pros:

The front desk assistance, Aqidah was very accommodative with our situation and very helpful. As we arrived quite early after disembark from Disney cruise, exhausted & with large luggages, she allowed us to check-in early to our room. She was very friendly too and help us with all our questions. Definitely will come back to stay in V Hotel Bencoolen.

Cons:

Nothing major, everything went smoothly. The room was a bit compact.

If one is looking for a comfortable place for a few nights stay with easy access to many tourist spots, the place is goo
Pros:

The best thing about the place is its central location and proximity to places like Chinatown, Marina Bay area, and several cultural spots in Singapore. And its right beside the Bencoolen MRT.

The reception and room service staff were friendly and accommodating. Sayyid in reception was specially helpful during our check in even allowing us early check in and complementary breakfast the next morning.

Cons:

We were 3 in a room. The room is a bit small even for 2 pax.
Good thing is its clean. Toilet is clean and everything in it works fine.

Pros:

The staff were excellent. Reception very helpful. Benson the concierge was super helpful. Location near metro brilliant. I could also walk to many locations. My stay was great. They even gave me a late check out.

Cons:

Room was good but didn't need extra bed.

Great value for money, comfortable stay with cheerful and positive vibes.

I would like to give a special shoutout to Mr. Sayyid for his exceptional hospitality! He truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. From welcoming us warmly and arranging an early check-in to kindly accommodating our request for a late check-out, he made the entire experience absolutely wonderful.

It’s rare to come across someone who makes you feel so welcomed and valued. He’s truly an asset to V Hotel Bencoolen!

Thank you, Mr. Sayyid, for your outstanding service. Also, the entire reception team and housekeeping staff were very cheerful.

Nice stay, just fix the breakfast!
Pros:

Very good location. Staff was very helpfull, Sayyid even extended our check out free of chrge since our flight was in the evening.

Cons:

Buffet breakfast was really poor. No selection and even what was available was not good at all.

Highly recommended hotel!
Pros:

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at V Hotel Bencoolen! The staff were so nice and friendly. May, who was the cleaner on our floor, was especially friendly and kind, and she cleaned our room perfectly! After a long, tiring day of exploring the city, coming back to a perfectly clean room was so refreshing. May really did a great job of ensuring that we returned to a room that was sparkling clean! I love Singapore and would definitely book with them again

Awesome overall stay.
Pros:

The housekeeper, pham thi cuc, was such a lovely staff and very attentive to our needs.
Also the receptionists let me freshen up in a spare room before heading up to the airport after I checked out.

Cons:

The room size was small, it’s very difficult to access our luggage since there’s 2 of us in the room.

Pros:

The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Kelli. The location was excellent. Easy walk to everything and right next-door to MRT station.

Cons:

The room was very small with no room for open suitcases. There were no bedside tables or reading light. The beds were hard.
