Good value and very clean
Pros:

Very clean, easy access, friendly staff. Nice and private. Plenty of towels and products.
Tea and coffee.

Cons:

Bathroom door a little difficult to navigate, sliding door, didn't always lock. Sometimes needed someone else to help.

Very noisy!!
Pros:

Rooms are very clean but twin room way too small. Also extremely noisy, traffic never stops!.
A tip for your guests, as you have 2 buildings, it would be a idea to inform guest which building they are in rather than lug heavy luggage up to reception and then to be told go to the other building! , With no-one there to help up and down steps!
