As soon as we walked in could smell and see how clean the room was. It was all very fresh including the bathroom. Beds were very comfortable and really big with clean sheets. Free WiFi worked perfectly and connected instantly. Luggage storage was really helpful on checkout day. 24hr access was also useful after returning later at night. Location was good for what we were visiting for with buses and tube stations nearby. Appreciated the tea and coffee facilities with biscuits. Lots of plug sockets, and my partner loved the hairdryer and sockets near the full length mirror, which many hotels don’t consider.
We visited during a heatwave, which the hotel obviously has no direct control over. However the only fan provided was the cheapest, most basic model available. which was noisy and just blows hot air from across the room. This resulted in us having to open the window, which then meant we were hit with the flood lights from the building across the street, and the noise from the busy London traffic active throughout the night. We felt this could have been avoided with a modern higher range, quiet fan available nowadays. So overall we didn’t sleep well at all, which is the main thing you need in a hotel.
The guide book in the room was good, but it would have been useful if it included a breakfast specific page on nearby options rather than just general restaurants.

Very noisy neighbours between midnight and 2:30 am had no respect for other people Only stopped being noisy after I had to rap on their door at 2:30 am

La ubicación, el barrio está en una zona que dispones de casi todo, y para ser Londres todo estaba muy limpio. Las comunicaciones a pesar de no tener el metro muy cerca están muy bien con los autobuses.
La habitación era literalmente un pasillo, lo que para estar en la misma sin estar en la cama era muy complicado con una mesa arrinconada sin espacio. La placa de ducha me pareció muy peligrosa, resbalaba mucho y además un poco alta lo que hacia de su acceso peligroso. Además no habría sitio para colgar las toallas ni una mínima repisa para poner los enseres del baño. La ventana daba al acceso del parking del McDonald's que abre todas la noche y el trasiego es bastante molesto, además de que no tienes intimidad o tienes que tener la ventana siempre cerrada o tapada. Hemos hechado en falta un lugar en el que estar que no fuera la propia habitación como una sala o una simple mesa en un patio o similar.
El alojamiento estaba limpio y tienes recepción 24 horas.
El baño de la habitación "doble superior Deluxe" es más propio de un Hostel o de un albergue. Apenas se cabía en la ducha, y el lavabo era minúsculo.
Sabíamos que los estándares de calidad de los hoteles en Londres no son los de España, pues un hotel con categoría de 3* no debería ofrecer ese tipo de baños, dejan bastante que desear.

When we arrived, the staff were very helpful and friendly. We were early getting there (our fault!), but they kindly stored our luggage safely until we could check in, which meant we could go out and enjoy ourselves without having to carry our bags around.
The rooms were exactly as described and very clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable and easy stay. The beds and pillows were really comfy too. We booked both a triple and a double room, and both were excellent.
The only thing worth mentioning is that the stairs are quite steep, so they may not be suitable for guests who struggle with stairs. Other than that, we genuinely can’t fault the place. We were completely happy with our stay, from the staff to the rooms, and would happily recommend it.
