Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.
Pros:

Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées.
La piscine est petite mais correcte et bien chauffée.

Cons:

Il manque une bouilloire dans la chambre pour se préparer une tisane ou un café.
Les réceptionnistes ne parlent pas français et ne font aucun effort en parlant allemand très vite.
Il manquait les serviettes de toilette et tapis de bain dans la salle de bain et il y avait des taches d'eau sur le sol.
Nous n'avons jamais eu le tapis de salle de bain.
Il n'était pas précisé qu'il fallait prendre le repas du soir dans un hotel à 100m de là. Cest un peu dommage

Pros:

Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen , sehr ruhig , ausnahmsweise an frühen morgen bellen die Hunde , das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig , die Tische sehr schön gedeckt , die Spa Umgebung ist perfekt für zur Entspannung geeignet.

Cons:

Beim WC in der Ecke hat es Schmutz , Reste von Haaren und Staub !!!! Wird anscheinend nicht gut gereinigt !!!!

Good breakfast, dinner was OK, nice staff in the restaurant, check in staff a bit blah

Cons:

🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳 never had a cockroach in my bed before. I’ve travelled in South/Central and North America, India, the Middle East and all over Africa. That was a first, to be woken up in the night by a cockroach in my bed. Not a fan. I told the staff, got an apology, I think. Was half expecting a free night somewhere without cockroaches. Anyhow, didn’t really sleep, hence not in the best mood. Prob would have been a 3.5-4 rating minus the bug.

De locatie was erg mooi!

Cons:

Helaas werden wij door de gastheer volledig achter in het restaurant geplaatst, ver weg van de andere gasten, op een plek waar enorm veel vliegen rondvlogen. We hebben het 3-maal aangegeven, en zelfs nog gevraagd voor een waaiertje welke wel eens op tafels geplaatst wordt om vliegen op afstand te houden. Maar meneer gaf aan dat dit geen effect zou hebben en verder werd er niets aan gedaan. We hebben al wapperend (om de vliegen weg te houden) ons eten gegeten en zijn uit ellende de kop koffie maar op het terras gaan drinken. De dames in de bediening waren gelukkig wel zeer vriendelijk, maar de arrogantie houding van de gastheer heeft onze ervaring volledig verpest. Geen fooi dus, en wij komen hier niet meer terug.

Pros:

Accueil, chambre no 214 2ème étage dans le bâtiment Sonnenhof (accès par escaliers), équipements sanitaires modernes, propreté, très bon restaurant, piscine intérieure et excellent buffet petit déjeuner produits locaux dans le bâtiment principal (5 minutes à pied)

Proximité de la route mais étonnamment calme la nuit
