Zeer net hotel welke precies voldoet aan de verwachting.
Pros:

Prima ontbijt. Keurige wellness en vriendelijk personeel. Erg prettig is de keuze die gemaakt kan worden voor wat betreft de kamer schoonmaak.

Cons:

De mogelijkheid om koffie of thee te maken op de kamer ontbrak. En een kleinigheid.. Bij het boeken was het fijn geweest als men van te voren had aangegeven in welk gebouw men moet inchecken. De gebouwen staan 100m van elkaar dus geen groot probleem.

Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, sauber ,pool beheizt, ein rundum perfektes Erholung s Wochenende oder sogar länger, tolles leckeres Restaurant ,super und reichhaltiges Frühstück egal was das Herz begehrt dieses hotel hat es oder macht es möglich, haben schon unseren nächsten Aufenthalt gebucht.

Schimmel, Schimmel, Schimmel - Urlaub abgebrochen

Frühstücksraum sah schön hell aus.

Cons:

- Die Sauberkeit ist so gut wie nicht vorhanden. Siehe Bilder. In meinem Zimmer (211) war schon beim Betreten ein komischer Geruch, später habe ich Schimmel über der Balkontüre sowie an den Fensterecken entdeckt. Ich glaube stark, dass sie irgendein Mittel verwendet haben, um den Schimmel zu stoppen. Es roch so ungesund, dass ich nach einer Nacht vorzeitig abgereist bin. Außerdem möchte ich abgesehen von den Chemikalien, die vermutlich rumgesprüht wurden, nicht in ein schimmliges Zimmer in einem 3 Sterne Superior Hotel liegen! Wer weiß, wo noch überall Schimmel war im Zimmer, das wurde vielleicht auch einfach nur mal eine Weile überstrichen, bis er eben wieder zum Vorschein kam. Das geht gar nicht!! Auch ganze Staubwürste lagen auf dem Boden. Siehe Bilder.
- Alles doch ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Vor allem im Zimmer macht es den Eindruck, als wollten sie gerne modern sein und renovierte Zimmer anbieten, jedoch sieht es alles so billig und oberflächlich aus. Die Gläser, die bereit stehen, kann man nicht verwenden. An der Glaskante überall kaputt, sodass man sich die Lippen aufkratzen würde.
-Matratze extrem weich, konnte kaum schlafen
- Leider auch keinerlei Hilfe mit Gepäck. Wir mussten alles alleine im Nebengebäude in den 2. Stock hochtragen. Kein Aufzug vorhanden!
- Der Service beim Mittagssnack war eine Katastrophe, auch hier, so gut wie nicht vorhanden. Wir, eine Freundin mit Kind und ich mit Kind, mussten 3 x aufstehen, um der Bedinung zu sagen, dass wir was Trinken möchten, ob es Kinderhochstühle gibt und dass wir gerne den Mittagssnack dazubuchen möchten. Nie kam sie von sich aus und es waren nur 2 weitere Tische belegt. Also kein voller Speisesaal.
- Der Mittagssnack: geschmacklich: naja, Auswahl: naja, ...Preis von 15,90 zuzüglich Getränke daher völlig überzogen
- Ich könnte immer so weiterschreiben, aber würde dann nie fertig werden...
