The hotel was closed when I arrived (Thu, 2:30 pm).
Pros:

Very clean.

Cons:

The biggest irtitation was the arrival experience — there was literally no one, and the hotel was closed (Thursday at 14:30!). If it was not for the restaurant staff nearby, I would not be able to reach out to the hotel staff. So I had to walk around with a dog and all my stuff for 20 minutes figuring out how to check in, and to reach to at least anyone.
That's totally disappointing.

Some minor issues are the lack of climate-control, and the pillow, which was terrible. No support for the neck — I had to resort to bath towels rolled up together.

To sum up: the experience was a disaster. Dispite pleasant staff and the overall immaculate condition of the hotel, the absence of basic service is fundamental in making the decision about my next stay in this hotel.

Ein Frühstück wahrhaft "fürstlich".
Wir waren schon in vielen Hotels unterwegs, dieses liebevoll zusammengestellte Frühstück kann mit fünfsterne Häusern mithalten.
