Pros:

Staff were really lovely and helpful, didn't seem like anything was too much trouble. Simple place that did everything well and was great value for the money. The bed was massive and super comfy, the bathroom was very smart and the balcony was good. Aircon worked really well and wasn't too loud. Convenient location for getting around and to the beach. Would definitely recommend.
