Cuidado e carinho com o hóspede, conforto e atenção.

Funcionários muito atenciosos. Ótima localização. Café da manhã bem farto e variado, com opções sem glúten para quem tem restrição. Tem parceria com alguns locais nos oferecendo descontos em alguns passeios e museus. A academia não fica no hotel, fica dentro do shopping, mas é perto e vale a pena porque é boa. Quarto aquece bem. Recebemos um mimo por ocasião do nosso aniversário de casamento e gostamos bastante. Realmente o hotel valoriza e se preocupa com os hóspedes. Tem versículos bíblicos em diversos locais deixando o ambiente ainda mais acolhedor.

Cons:

Gostamos de tudo. Apenas uma ressalva: o chuveiro funciona bem e esquenta bastante, mas não tinha exaustor ou então não estava funcionando porque o banheiro ficava bem embaçado com o vapor e o quarto também quando abríamos a porta depois do banho. Mas no resto foi tudo perfeito.
