Pros:

Hotel excelente localização, café perfeito, atendimento muito bom.

Cons:

Ar condicionado cheio de poeira, uma das lâmpadas do banheiro não acendeu.
Meu carro foi amassado na porta. Fiquei duas diárias, fiz todos os passeios a pé e de Uber( afinal ir a Blumenau e não beber chopp é igual a não ir), então o carro ficou no estacionamento do hotel.
Só vi o amassado da porta qdo cheguei em casa.

O Hotel é muito bonito e sua decoração tem um estilo que remete aos castelos medievais. Eu adorei! O quarto é amplo, camas confortáveis e ótima roupa de cama. O banheiro é amplo e limpo. O café da manhã é maravilhoso de tão farto. De modo geral, os funcionários são atenciosos e gentis.

Cons:

A seleção de canais da TV por assinatura deixa a desejar. Além disso, não tem Netflix.
