Pros:

Ótima acomodação, cama super confortável, chuveiro maravilhoso, serviço de manobrista, e um excelente café da manhã.

Cons:

No último dia o ar-condicionado teve um defeito, mas não deu tempo de comunicar a recepção para averiguar.

Pros:

Hotel excelente. Já me hospedei várias vezes lá. A localização sai do eixo mas é bem próxima a tudo. O bairro é agradável e tem vários comércios próximos.

Cons:

Notei que os quartos, mesmo quando reservo a mesma categoria, tem ítens diferentes. Normalmente reservo de 3 a 5 quartos por vez e alguns tem roupão, outros não, cafeteira e outros não. O ar condicionado já poderia ser trocado para um mais moderno também.

Pros:

O hotel é indicado para quem possui compromissos no Park Sul e Guará, complexo de saúde, Instituto Nacional de Criminalistica, ENAP .

Cons:

O horário de check-in é tarde. Acabei tendo que pagar meia diária por ter chegado antes e antecipar o check-in .
