Hotel City Heart Premium

Nice and clean place, helpful staff.

Pros: Location and service staff attitude. Food quality is mostly good.
Cons: cleanliness, outdated faucets and bathroom. Smelly bed. TV not working. A small issue but I was billed for a different dish than ordered. Entire hotel was plastered with posters to observe Covid appropriate behavior; it was even advertised that they take care of sanitization of the property but we found that indifferent attitude towards the pandemic throwing caution to winds.

Overall I would not recommend this place but for some reason I found the place fully booked. I guess to each his own.

We stayed at this hotel for only a couple of nights while visiting Chandigarh. The hotel was clean, and we really appreciated that there was a bathtub, and strong A/C. The location is near many stores for shopping, a movie theatre, and great coffee -- but also you can walk or take a short rickshaw to places like The Rock Garden, The Capitol Complex, The Rose Garden, etc. The staff were also helpful in getting us a taxi to the airport. I would recommend it!

Payed parking. Very old and dirty. Below is night club. Asked for hair dryer which was huge like a vacuum cleaner. May 1960’s era.

It was a very good,clean and lovely hotel to stay in.The food and service was excellent.Highly recommend for short trips in the city..

The overall room was average, but the sheets wer dirty and had holes, the towels were hard and scratchy. The bath, which we had been looking forward to, was so dirty and stained it was not usable, the toilet in our friends's room was broken and the shower could not be used unless hand held.

It was noce to stay on 3 days.

Service staff needs change the attitute towards customer expectation and requirement

מלון פשוט, נקי, שירות טוב, סה"כ בסדר גמור. מחיר קצת יקר לעומת מחירי לינה בהודו. ארוחת הבוקר לא טעימה ולא מתאימה לישראלים. אין משמעות למיקום מכיוון שבכל מקרה נוסעים לגן הפסלים ולשדה התעופה באוטו. באיזור המלון מצאנו מסעדות וחנויות.

Very trendy, old hotel...nothing should be changed about its fittings, fixtures and décor. The whole place could be transformed over a weekend with a solid clean, new sheets and towels, and brighter, more lively staff. The position was good for what we needed to do (middle of city)

My overall stay was decent. The service of SOME employees was outstanding, however the hotel's level of cleanliness was absolutely disgusting. The bathroom towels, were disgusting, dirty and stained. The bedsheets seemed to be stale as well. Overall, the hotel has great potential but the food, cleanliness, and feel was lackluster. I would recommend to stay here only due to the convenience of the location, so if your looking for a good price, convenient location, this would work. However bring your own towels, and perhaps a pillowcase.

No health faceut in toilet. Cleaniness of the towels supplied is not good.

very pathetic experience, reception staff is not polite and room condition is very poor and striking.
not expecting such hotels in the list of expedia.
