Excellent hotel, food and location
The rooms are beautiful and have everything I needed. This hotel is well located and the staff are super friendly - couldn’t do enough for me. Especially Trinh, Nhi and Kiet who looked after me so well at departure even booing the grab for me.
I will come back if I’m in HCMC again.

Excellent choice for proximity, bed reasonable not the best. Rooms on smaller side but travelling solo was ok.
We had the connecting rooms which were ideal for a family. Beds were comfortable & bathrooms well appointed.
Staff were amazing. Our son was given a cake on his birthday.
Rooftop pool area showing signs of wear, but was great to have in the city & we used it daily.
We had a great stay thank you Vinh and Trang. Breakfast was a highlight.
Super friendly and helpful staff
There were ants in our (counter, window curtain) room. Staff took care of it immediately.
Aircon didn’t work properly in our room. It was hot on our first night and was given a stand fan the next night. Staff was excellent though.

A good hotel for a few nights to explore HCM
The staff was very helpful, respectful and very service-minded, especially Kiet, Dung, Bao, Hung as well as the rest of the staff.
A lovely hotel with excellent service. The staff were really attentive and friendly. We were looked after by Klet, Vinh and Dung, and they were so attentive and good humoured. This hotel is very stylish, we stayed in a corner room, small but very well planned. The furnishings have a theme of trees, and the bed was very comfortable.
I used the pool a lot. Well shaded and cool at the end of the day. The water features were a bit noisy but lovely staff switched them off for me.
The hotel is on the same street as the big market. Excellent Japanese just round the corner. Chiyoda sushi. Loved our stay here.

Das Frühstück könnte reichhaltiger sein und es müssten mehr verschiedene Kaffeespezialitäten geben. Es gibt nur schwarzen Kaffee aus der Kanne
Der Pool auf dem Dach hat leider keine Liegen nur ein paar Stühle im Schatten
I loved this property for the location and the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. Ahn helped us with our luggage while supporting other guests as well. The staff was so helpful and warm, and our room was beautiful.

Staff were excellent - always prepared to help eg with luggage storage, use of Grab app, explanation of room facilities. Special thanks to Kiet, Vinh, Hung, Tran G who provided excellent assistance in the reception area. A lot of maintenance work was taking place in the hotel surrounds but hotel staff managed to make the impact on guests as minimal as possible. Breakfast choices were plentiful and tasty. Room size was good. Bed was comfortable. Window coverings (timber venetians) could be improved to provide improved degree of darkness, but not a major problem for us. Excellent, central location.
