Tolle Lage, sehr sauber. Gerne wieder
Pros:

Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Der Chef kümmert sich persönlich und ist zuvorkommend. Obwohl ich noch nicht einchecken konnte, hat er mir ein Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt.

Great location. Very comfortable room. Extremely friendly front office personnel

Location was great. A few meters away from entrance to main station and a few meters away the other way from Stacchus. Room was very spacious and very comfortable. Front office staff were excellent and very helpful

Cons:

The fact that there was no breakfast room.

Wir sehen uns wieder;)!
Pros:

Meine Freundin und ich hatten für eine Nacht ein Zimmer gebucht gehabt und bekamen eins in der siebten Etage- man hatte eine schöne Aussicht, dass Zimmer war sauber und die Dusche war ein Highlight (Regendusche)!
Der Hauptbahnhof ist ein Katzensprung entfernt und es gibt genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und ließ uns unser Gepäck abstellen, weil wir etwas früher dort waren als gedacht.
Wir wurden später dann sogar zum Fahrstuhl gebracht.

Wir fanden alles super und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen ❤️!

A nice hotel close to everything.
Pros:

The room was excellent, spacious and clean with everything you needed. The staff were wonderful. One gentleman on the front desk is particular, was very helpful and kind.

Cons:

The noise from the outside. The trams were quite loud and we needed to put white noise on our iPad to sleep. In spite of this we would still recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und die junge Dame und der Herr an der Rezeption waren sehr sehr zuvorkommend.
Ich hatte eine Zahn OP und ich konnte die Kühl Pads in das Gefrierfach bei ihnen legen, da im Zimmer der Kühlschrank ohne Gefrierfach vorhanden war.
Ich bedanke mich nochmals bei Ihnen.

The room is very comfortable .
Pros:

Clean, rooms are spacious

Cons:

No one to talk to or ask help in case of emergency .what happen: one of my companions left his key card in his room that was around 4 am he waited until 7 am till there is attendant in the reception that time We had a train schedule to catch at 8 am .so terrible !

Great location
Pros:

The location was great- very centrally located to the train station, airport bus, old town, pickup point for day trips. Can’t beat the walkability.

The reception desk remembered who I was within the first day, and I felt very safe knowing they took the r extra step to know people and ensure guests were safe.

Cons:

I could hear music and the trams from my room. Make sure to bring earplugs or a sound machine.

2 blocks down the neighborhood changes and many strip clubs and men on the street. They aren’t by the hotel and you can avoid the area- it’s in the direction of the train station and to the left. I would not suggest getting dinner over there as a solo female traveler or a family.
