Rude Receptionist and Unclean Room
Cons:

Terrible experience from start to finish. Kamal the Receptionist was very rude and unprofessional at check-in. On top of that, room was not clean, bed sheets had red stains. Basic standards of hospitality and cleanliness were not met, and overall experience was unacceptable. Would not recommend this hotel.

Superb value for money.
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Amazing quiet room, very comfortable and well equipped. And perfect location a stone’s throw from the Hauptbahnhof.

Close to railway station and within walking distance to city center.

Cons:

Horrible smell in the room (seems like the heating system hadn’t been cleaned in a long time). Carpet in the room. Stain on towels. The staff also wouldn’t extend checkout by 30mins…

Sehr sauber und modern. Bett sehr bequem.

Cons:

Der Ablauf der Dusche könnte ein bisschen besser sein und man braucht für alles seine Zimmerkarte, wenigstens für den Fahstuhl könnte man dieses Feature streichen

Pros:

konumu çok merkezi, odalar çok temiz, personel çok ilgili ve yardımcı oluyor. Güvenli keyifli bir yer. 5 kişilik kalabalık bir gruplaydık ve rahatsız olduğumuz hiçbir şey olmadı.

Pros:

Lage perfekt, großes Zimmer, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher im Zimmer

Cons:

Im Badezimmer könnten die Armaturen ausgetauscht werden. Trotz geschlossener Fenster war es ziemlich laut (Straßenbahn).

Pros:

Self-Check-in nach 22 Uhr hat problemlos funktioniert. Kommunikation mit Rezeption ebenfalls. Da ich spät angereist und früh abgereist bin, habe ich vor Ort niemanden gesehen.

Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man kann das Gepäck vor dem Check in abstellen. Check in ist super unkomplizier. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß. Es gibt eine Möglichkeit sich einen Kaffee oder Tee zu machen. Sehr nah am Hauptbahnhof
