Pros:

Je connaissais déjà cet hôtel, très bon accueil, petit déjeuner correct, chambre claire, bien insonorisée.

Cons:

Menu moins varié que l'année dernière me semble t il, tout en indonésien... et par QR code, c'est compliquer les choses pour pas grand chose et ça perd son petit côté international.
Commence à vieillir nv peintures, salle de bain....

Okay Ibis with the plastic bathroom
Pros:

I liked it was in the centre of the city next to the biggest shopping mall. I liked that we got free water.

Cons:

I didn't like the plastic bathroom. It was clean but didn't feel clean.

Great staff but the hotel management needs to improve their facilities.
Pros:

Location is located in the middle of surabaya so its easy for you to walk to everywhere.

Cons:

The hotel did not turn on lobby aircon. Its very hot at night and mosquitoes everywhere. Smoking area got rats like its their lair.
