De locatie van het hotel ligt redelijk dichtbij enkele winkelcentra’s. Het personeel is super vriendelijk. Er zit ontbijt bij de boeking, houdt er rekening mee dat er enkel nasi/rijst ligt + bijbehorende ingrediënten en voor de westerlingen enkel wit brood met jam.

Cons:

De kamer leek bij binnenkomst schoon maar was het totaal niet. Het beddengoed zat vol met vlekken, ik kreeg nieuwe lakens maar die waren net zo vies als de vorige. De badkamer is heel erg klein en er komt een vreselijke lucht uit. Het matras/topper van het bed is ronduit smerig.
Ik miste een koelkast + frisse lucht.

Good stay in Surabaya
Pros:

Value for money is great! Not too spacious but just perfect for a solo guest like me. Was helped by receptionist Melinda upon check-in. She was friendly and helpful.

Best Ibis in Indonesia?
Pros:

One of the best Ibis in Indonesia. Location is fantastic. All you might want or need is just around the block.

The highlight for me is Melinda though. True professional who puts her heart into her job.

If you ever come here, be sure to look for her. Excellent customer service from her and her team.

عندما حجزت كان معه وجبة الافطار وعند حضورى ابلغت عدم وجودها وعليه دفع مبلغ 5000 ربيه للمجموعه. عن كل يوم

Value for money especially the comfy bed and good location
Pros:

The location is right at the centre walking distance to Tunjangan. Bed and pillow was very comfy. Wifi was okay, drinking water is refillable. Staff were all friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The bathroom had an unpleasant smell when I first entered the room. Took a shower and the drainage hole was blocked, checked the drainage hole and there were too many hairs and dust, it looked like they didnt clean it for a long time. The next day requested the housekeeping to clean the hole and later on the shower worked just fine.
However, the unpleasant smell still lingers in the bathroom..

Breakfast was so-so. Not too many choices, but decent taste.

Qua prijs-kwaliteit verhouding echt top. Kamer krijgt gewoon een goede voldoende. Zeker voor het overbruggen van 1 nachtje op doortocht. De locatie is goed (ongeveer 10 minuutjes met de taxi naar het treinstation).
