Pros:

The hotel room needs lots of upgrades done and needs to add more outlets to connect other things like hair appliances when several persons are in a room since it’s very limited and bed to closer to where a mirror is close by. Pillows also need to be changed out since they were very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Inappropriate hotel for business trip
Pros:

First time using Hotels.com to stay at a hotel, but it was terrible experience. From check-in, required QR check-in even if I was not fluent Spanish, but QR page was in Spanish(It was ok, but even survey required). I complained to the staff about check-in, and he did instead of me.
I stayed for business purpose the room floor was dusty and the chair has broken armrest.
Even if I booked this hotel knowing that they rent irons, but the staff in the lobby told me they didn't have any irons. When I explained I had checked the website, he finally brought out an iron. Asked iron board as well, but he said they had iron, but not iron board. I annoyed and showed him hotel's website and finally gave me an ironing board.
Internet wifi exist, but unable to keep working even open outlook e-mail due to poor connection and speed. Please do not visit this hotel if you need to work in the room.

El hotel está muy descuidado, los pisos de áreas comunes sucios, la alfombra de la habitación está hecha un asco, los muebles dañados y rotos. La verdad pensé que por ser un hotel de la cadena Misión estaría almenos limpio y por el precio que pagas, no vale la pena. Ni siquiera te dan cubiertos y vajilla en el desayuno. Son deshechables de unicel, aunque sea utilicen de cartón.
