Pros:

This is kind of a sad review as all started very well and could have been a 10 out of 10. We arrived early before 11am and still one of our rooms was already ready. We had very nice rooms with comfortable beds, bathrooms with good showers, really nice rooms. One staff showed us everything, really attentive. So perfect start. Furthermore, the hotel is in a great location, close to a lot of attractions, so you can walk to a lot of things.

Cons:

However, when we came back, the downhill race started as our second room was dirty. Dirt on the floor, hairs in shower and toilet, a sink which did not really work. We told this the afternoon concierge which did not apologize but just said: Don't worry, we will fix it (which sounded like uwhat do you complain about). Two minus points for dirt and lack of attention. Next day, the nightgown of my wife was gone and again she did not apologize but just asked whom they should email if they would find it again (no use if you are travelling and have limited amount of night gowns with you). Two more minus points for lost nightgown and another renewed lack of attention. The breakfast is really nice, many gluten free options, great cappuccino, really nice staff, so great breakfast which would have maintained a good review. But another minus point comes for the unattractive hotel bar which looks like a unused acquarium. This brings our vote to: no, we do not want to come back as 5 out of 10 points is not enough!

Nagyon közel mindenhez. Jól felszerelt szoba, kényelmes ágy. A reggeli bőséges és választékban gazdag.

Cons:

A szoba hangszigeteltsège egy picit zavart, éjjel fölöttünk dübörögtek. Ezt leszámítva semmi panaszunk nem lehet!

A fantastic trip!
Pros:

Location was excellent, breakfast lovely and staff very nice indeed. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel!

HOTEL TOP, SUPER RECOMENDABLE
Pros:

Ubicación TOP caminando en 15 minutos estas en el Coliseo o en la Fontana de Trevi. Desayuno pequeño pero super completo y muy rico!! Lo mejor la amabilidad de todos los trabajadores del hotel. Sin duda repetiremos.

Cons:

Las habitaciones están genial y muy nuevas, lo unico es que no están muy bien insonorizadas unas con otras.
