موظف الاستقبال لا يبتسم أبدا وتعامله من اسوأ ما يكون

من اسوأ الفنادق التي زرتها في حياتي

موظف الاستقبال سيئ جدا ولا يجيد التعامل مع الزوار لا يوجد اي مرافق للفندق واستغرب تصنيفه بأربع نجوم العرف صغيره جدا والحمام مقابل للسرير لا يستحق نجمه واحده وانصح الجميع بعدم الذهاب اليه

Excellent hotel and staff and recommended. The Monti area is super cool. 10-12 minutes walk from Trevi yet super lively

Personnel très sympathique, disponible et serviable.
Chambre avec une literie très confortable.
Emplacement exceptionnel qui nous a permis de faire les principaux sites à pieds : Fontaine de Trevi, Panthéon, Villa Borghèse, Cité du Vatican et Colisée.

Cons:

Chambre sans vue au 1er étage.

Comodidad en un barrio tranquilo de Roma
Pros:

La ubicación es buena, pero no de las zonas mas turísticas de la ciudad. Posee varios lugares para comer bastante buenos en los alrededores.
La habitación es buena, cama bastante cómoda y buen baño.
El desayuno muy surtido tanto en cosas dulces como saladas.
Personal muy atento para solucionar dudas y ayudar en traslados, recomendaciones, etc...

Cons:

Que cobraran aparte por algunas cosas del desayuno (Ej.: jugo de naranja exprimido, omelette) Por el nivel del hotel debió estar incluído.
Cada vez que volvíamos al hotel había que hacer una nueva conexión a internet en el teléfono, lo que era bastante desagradable
Decoración correcta, pero un poco anticuada

Mit allen Gebühren hat ein 19m2 Zimmer am Schluss
Euro 415.- gekostet ( x 4 Tage ) Wasserhahn musste mit zwei Händen bedient werden. Elektrisch war defekt.
Zimmer 204 überall dreckig. Habe Zimmer nach einer
Nacht getauscht > 504. nächstel Mal gibt es Rabatt ????

Very satisfied with the service & location. If travelling to Rome again, I would stay at this hotel.

The breakfast that was included was amazing, the room was clean and comfortable, close to all the major tourist attractions and easy to get around using the metro trains.
