Peccato che abbia avuto il disagio di non avere wifi

Mi è piaciuto molto la posizione,comoda per visitare i principali monumenti sia a piedi che con il taxi.
Staff molto gentile e ad eccezione del numero uno.
Letto veramente comodo

Cons:

Colazione nella norma, tranne l’ultimo giorno che era migliore.
Purtroppo abbiamo fatto tutti i giorni e tre notti senza wifi,non funzionava Internet, i ragazzi dello staff sono venuti tutti i giorni,hanno constatato che il problema era irrisolvibile.

O café da manhã é completo com frutas frescas cortadas o que nos agradou muito em relação a experiências em outros hotéis. A localização é ótima e perto da maioria dos pontos turísticos.

Pros:

我们夫妇入住6天，感受很好。宾馆各岗位人员凡是我接触到的都十分优秀，他们热情有礼，遇事不烦，很是规范。客房条件不错，每天都要更换床单被罩及枕套，卫生方面没得挑。早餐丰盛可口，餐厅环境优美。餐厅师傅加科莫先生很是热情周到，每早都给客人制作美味的卡布奇诺。宾馆位置好地处市中心，到各主要景点都方便极了。

The staff and the location made our stay. I recommend this hotel ❤️
Pros:

The staff is amazing. So nice and helpful , especially in the reception. The location is great and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

The air conditioning mode is pre fixed and locked. The temperature was too hot and the window was locked. They offered to change the room but it was our last night so we declined.
