Hotel pěkný.

Cons:

Velice slabá komunikace. O prozby typu, prosím o pokoj ve vyžšim patře, kauce místo batu eura vše zamítnuto. Předem jsem se dotahoval jestli z hotelu je bezbariérový přístup k moři, bylo mi napsáno že ano, není to pravda je spousta schodů. Po příjezdu jsem to chtěl řešit, vše negativní. Hotel má svoji ruskou klientelu a na jiné klienty nebere zrete.
Hotel má označení 5 hvězdiček ale dosahuje z budou 4*.
Celkově nám v ničem nevyšli vstříc i když jsme v letech (70) a navíc jsem invalida.
Veliké zklamání!!!

Great place that wasn’t too pricey
Pros:

I was toying between rating 4 or 5 and after some thought went for 5, so why? We were in Thailand for nearly 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year, spending most of our time in Bangkok. I wanted to book a few days relaxing at the beach for Christmas and I came upon Long Beach Garden…, noting they were a beachfront hotel with access directly to the beach. There are several hotels along this stretch that probably provide a similar experience; an oasis of calm on the edge of a sprawling urban area. We drove there from Bangkok, the last couple of kilometres on narrower minor roads and turned into a car park at the front of what looked far too grand a hotel for what I’d paid. A throng of Koi Carp swam near the entrance which led to a grand foyer. We got a large corner room which gave us a double balcony and some great views from the 12th floor. We dined at the nearby restaurant (on edge of car park) which was great and relatively inexpensive. The following morning brought Christmas Day and we headed for the pool/beach area. Most of the pool sun beds were taken but we settled for some seating at the edge of the beach outside the beach restaurant. We ordered drinks and lunch and more drinks spending several hours relaxing the day away including some dips in the warm sea. It was a lovely and relaxing Christmas Day. We spent 3 nights before returning to Bangkok. So why was I contemplating a 4? Well my experience of the staff in Bangkok was better, the Long Beach staff were ok but not so smiling and welcoming. But then I thought about what I should be comparing it to, and compared the the rest of Pattaya this has to be a 5, because it truly was an escape from the surrounding hustle.

Très bonne expérience
Pros:

Le calme et en même temps la proximité : pour visite du sanctuaire de la vérité plus au nord. Nous nous y sommes rendus à pieds en env 20min.
Près des soi en taxi tjs à dispo dans le quartier.
Petit déjeuner parfait et le personnel très compétant et chaleureux.

Cons:

Peut-être la plage qui est peu pratique du fait qu’il y a un mur pour retenir les marées montantes et donc très peu de place pour se trouver un espace sur le sable, les transats étant assaillis de serviettes de bain même si personne ne si rend durant plusieurs heures. Le grand classique des grands hôtels

Сам отель симпатичный, завтрак хороший.

Cons:

В номере постоянно воняло канализацией. Неделю пытались что-то ремонтировать, потом перевели в другой номер, в котором также воняло. Возможно, как говорили соседи, это связано с проливными дождями, а может со сломавшимися трубами.
